> 3 dayI have an Xbox One S and so does my wife. I bought 2 of these KG271 model monitors. Neither monitor worked with either Xbox. I tried 4 different HDMI cords from the standard cord that comes with the Xbox to a HDMI 3.0 and nothing worked with either Xbox. I even bought a HDMI to DP adapter and tried that and still did not work. I tried to plug my laptop into it via HDMI and it did not work either. If you are buying this monitor to use for a console then DO NOT waste your time. I have it 3 stars because I felt it was fair considering I am getting a refund however my time is being wasted. The monitor came with a DP cord, there should be an option to come with the HDMI or other. The monitor has this function where it auto scans for the input source and since it couldn’t detect the HDMI then it kept going into idle mode. I had to keep turning it on then timing it just before it shut off to switch the input. It was a pain and a huge waste of my time. As I said if you’re buying the KG271 series for a console, look elsewhere! I can’t speak for PC although my laptop did not work via HMDI but does not have a DP.

> 3 dayits extremely heavy for what it should be. not too happy about not having a usb port, thats just stupid. also you dont get a coax in which is not the greatest. the picture is really nice so far. navigation through menu is not great, but manageable. next monitor will have these options. was a good upgrade from my vizeo 19 inch. was able to transfer everything on the wall mount to this one without issues, so that was nice. got this for $89. def wait for it to go on sale if considering buying.

Greater than one weekBlack levels are a little low but not too much to hinder your experience. You will never see gaming the same after using this. Life changing the 27inc is a bit big for me but its still so insane how this changes gaming. Well worth it.

> 3 dayI had purchased this monitor to take advantage of my 2017era gaming laptop with the idea of upgrading it at some point for a quality piece. This acer is pretty nice actually and after using it for 1080p gaming for a solid 5 months I see no reason to upgrade anytime soon. Works great and has a noticeable difference with AMD FreeSync compatible hardware.

> 3 daySolid monitor for the price. I am VERY impressed by the very small bezel at this price point. I was unable to find anything even close. I use the screen in my recording studio, and it is bright, large enough to see well from a distance, and the on-screen menus are very intuitive. Im not sure how this monitor will do for higher end gaming functions, as that is not my application, but I have no complaints at all about the quality or the workmanship. This is a solidly built monitor.

> 3 dayLove my monitor for what it is. No issues using it and it;s exactly what I imagined it would be. I briefly used this with an RX 580 and Freesync was great, but the card underperformed so I switched to a GTX 1070 Ti. No fault of the monitor and losing Freesync sucks, but Freesync isnt as useful when the card itself cant push out the frames :) Love the colors, monitor looks great, 75Hz refresh with a 1ms response time is great at this price. This is primary monitor and an older 1080p 60Hz monitor is my secondary for productivity/streaming.

Greater than one weekThe monitor itself is very good. Looks good, has a solid base and tilts upwards and downwards. The responsiveness is truly impressive, but the image is not the greatest. Dont get me wrong, its still full HD, but the brightness is not very good. Even then, still think its a quality monitor if you are playing competitive games and even if you arent. Definitely would recommend it to a friend.

> 3 dayPros: + Capable of being an amazing display. + 75hz is great for people that dont have high-end rigs that can reach 144+ fps. + Sleek design, minimally-sized bezel. + Quick and easy swapping between HDMI 1, HDMI 2, and VGA channels. + Great OSD. Cons: - Terribly calibrated out of the box. It will need a little bit of TLC through the OSD. (Set color mode to SRGB, set overdrive to 0, set black boost to 0.) - Seriously, disable the overdrive setting in the OSD under the Gaming tab. Its by far the worst thing anyone has ever created. Thats the feature that is causing your monitor to have that really strange draggy, clippy effect. - Stand is stuck at a standard height, but it can be tilted upward and downward. The stand is at a fairly decent height for most users, anyway. - Absolutely horrendous internal speakers. Summary: With amazing color (after re-calibration), 1080p @75hz, and sleek body-design, and cheap price, this monitor is easily comparable to my primary monitor which cost me $200. The only major difference between my $200 monitor is that it has a better internal speaker and extremely adjustable swivel stand.

> 3 dayIts big. I didnt realize how big it actually was. Bought this to upgrade from a 21 or 24, I cant remember which. The screen is amazing. Not the best screen by far, but I like it. The speakers are terrible. Even at the highest volume I cant hear the whispering in movies. Other than that it does what it is supposed to. It does have a headphone jack that you can use, but I havent used it, so I cant say whether it is better or not. For the price I would recommend this but would also recommend a set of speakers if you do get it.

> 3 dayOrdered for my sons gaming setup. He wanted to go big and at 27 it is pretty huge compared to the 21 he was using previously. This is a nice look monitor with minimal bezel. This monitor worked great out of the box. No dead or floating pixels. This monitor does what it is supposed to do and at this price point it is a solid option.
