> 3 daySo i play fortnite so thats what the reveiw is mostly gonna be about. With right settings u can get easy 120 - 144 stable fps in battle royale and 300 fps in creative. Thats only 8gb! No paid upgraded. (im upgrading it soon tho cuz i dont recomend 8gb ram). My fortnite settings i keep low - medium and i play on stretch res (THIS HELPS SO MUCH i recomend it) really easy to do it to. (i recomend 640 x 480).

Greater than one weekMe and my husband decided to get this laptop as he needed a more powerful PC for his old Macbook used for web development and programming and I wanted to have something that we could use to game with on the go. None of us have bought a new laptop in many many years, let alone a gaming laptop vs a business oriented laptop or budget/lightweight laptop. This seemed like a great compromise between new tech/hardware, easily upgradable in terms of ram, and something that wasn’t super super flashy or expensive. We’ve never had a PC with some of this hardware on it but we both were familiar with it in any case. We both spent the last two months with it to get an idea of the feel for this laptop in different use cases and so on.

Greater than one weekAlways been a fan of Acer and needed something to run some hames on Steam. This runs BeamNG , Teardown, ARBS , pretty well at normal to high graphics. I did have (ok want) to upgrade the SSD and RAM so that typically would add cost. It goes up to 32GB RAM but 16 has been fine. 15.6” screen is great especially in 144hz. Cooling fans all over it to keep it cool.
