This laptop is a beast when it comes to photo editing. I can run PS, Luminar AI, and Lightroom at the same time and it doesnt seem to even bother this laptop. I suspect it would be great at gaming too. Starts up fast, stays fast, and is an overall great machine.

I bought this laptop because the one I had for school finally started to give out, so I thought I might as well go all-out and get a computer I could also use for gaming. Im brand new to PC gaming, so for anyone who is buying this as a way to ease yourself into it, but also needs it for practical purposes I hope this helps. It runs games at at a really high FPS and the screen quality is pretty good at 144hz. However, it is extremely loud and theres not really a way to fix that if you want to use it for work or school. I also received it with a broken frame amd had to return it.

The value of this laptop cant be understated. There are no real weaknesses here. The only notable problems people may have with it are the fan noise while gaming and the lack of silent fan operation when not gaming. You wont notice the idle whirl of fans unless you are in a completely silent room with no music or headphones in play.

Why a company would lock the bios from the user and require physical modification to the chip is beyond me. Cant dual boot this machine as I would have to take it into a repair facility because Acer for some reason doesnt think that the community cant take care of their own devices. I wont be purchasing an Acer again.

One month after purchase, all 3 standard USB 3.0 ports started having issues. Devices plugged into the ports will disconnect unless the cord was oriented properly and precisely (possibly a lose connection?). Ive tried disabling USB selective settings, checking the drivers, and even physically trying to tighten the USB ports by pulling the USB port clamps up with a screwdriver. None of it seemed to have an effect.

Awesome Laptop! Pretty good price for what you get! But!! Check all the bundle options!!!! they seem to be a lot cheaper than just buying the Laptop only.. for ex: Laptop only 1500$ .. if you buy the bundle package which comes with Laptop and a mouse pad its 1180$!??! literally hundreds$$ cheaper and you get something else too.. when i bought this a few months back the bundles were actually more $$ which made sense.. but now you can get the backpack too and save money

Bang for buck, great quality. Absolutly love it and it has lasted me two years now.

Im not a computer expert by any means, but this laptop is beautiful and the quality and processing speed are better than any other computer Ive ever owned. The back lit keyboard is also a nice touch
