While designed to fit the My Passport Essential external hard drive, I purchased it for protecting my Bluetooth headset and USB-C charge cable and this is the ONLY one small enough and thin to take up as little space as possible in my laptop backpack, which itself is the ONLY one small enough to be classified as a personal item by the most restrictive airlines and still fit an XPS 15 9520 laptop. Believe me Ive scoured the Internet. to find both. Those who gave it a 1-star review because it was too small to fit their external hard drive need to learn how to read. Moreover, In BOTH cases, they list the INTERNAL dimensions for the case. The INSIDE dimensions of the case are clearly stated to be 4.72 x 3.66 x 0.63. The Bluetooth headset is 0.61 high in the ear piece area. You can see by the pic by how much of the space is taken up by the little Bluetooth headset. There is still a little room left over for the USB-C charging cord, ear rubbers, USB-C to USB-A adapter, thin plastic case that contains SD slot adapter to read various size SDs, micro-SIMs, and an eject tool for SIM cards, kept safe all in one place.

Excellent protection for your portable drives. Three in use now and I really love them. Also carry SD cards and USB drives in the case and it is a really convenient way to store all the data you really need in your Geek bag.

Nice case to carry my hard disk around. No fear of losing my cable anymore. Will protect from small shocks. exactly as it looks in this photo. Fits my WD 1 TB HDD nicely.

After checking out the dimensions, I decided to try this for my RAVPower® RP-WD01 Wireless WiFi-Disk & Built-in 3000mAh Li-Polymer Power Bank. I uploaded a photo showing how well it fits. It holds the device, a usb cable, usb flash drive(s), and sd card(s). The case is molded with a firm (not metal but strong) material which offers protection for anything that is inside. The zipper appears sturdy and is sewn on with care. The amazon pull tab is easy to grasp.

I use my passports as back ups. I needed a way to protect them during transport. This case is perfect. It provides a hard cover that protects even when I am a bit careless.

Nicely sized, fits the newer Western Digital My Passport. Case has a traditional orange interior and black exterior as most Amazonbasics case products with branding on the zipper.

Wonderful case. It provides great storage for our external hard drive. The mesh pocket and elastic band keep everything in place. Product seems built to last for years of use. Zipper never gets stuck. Think this is the only product I have bought that is made by Amazon and I will look for those in the future. Great value!

Perfect size for my portable charger! And isnt cheap material. Is actually a legit hardshell case. Worth the money!
