Works great with my little Seagate 1TB external backup drive. Elastic on one side hold the drive and the mesh pocket on the other side holds the cable. Well made and very compact.

Perfect for what it is. I bought this to protect an Anker 2.5 drive enclosure and it was a perfect fit. Plenty of room for cables and a nice strap to hold the drive secure.

Great case for my GFs WD Elements portable HDD that I purchased for her to back up her media. The case was much better than I expected with the hard shell and semi-soft interior. The elastic band holds the HDD securely while the mesh pouch on the opposite sides holds the USB 3.0 cable nicely. I would recommend this to anyone who gets the Elements HDD because it does not include a case with the purchase.
