I used this bag pretty heavily for three years. I am an adjunct professor and wheeled this thing around three campuses. I filled it very full which caused a bulge at the bottom when a supporting bar finally bent. Then it started to drag the bottom edge. Eventually I wore down the wheels. Overall I was very happy with it. Even after all this time the zippers and handle still work perfectly. I wish I could replace the wheels. I think it would last several more years if I could. I plan to order another one for the coming year.

I take the subway to work everyday which is about 3/4 a mile walk on each end for me, so I needed something bigger than a briefcase but smaller than a carry on bag. This carries my dress shoes, laptop, my lunch and my kindle comfortably. It would make a decent overnight bag for leisure travel but youre not going to fit a suit in it. I dont think it would fit under your seat on an airplane but definitely in an overhead bin

    Greater than one week

So for the price, its a nice, basic bag. Doesnt look cheap, just a simple bag without the frills. The wheels seem to be ok; a bit loud, but not a deal breaker. What made me return this item was the very flimsy telescoping handle. I feel like if my bag was any heavier, one turn down a hallway and this handle is toast. All in all, you get what you pay for. If youre using it lightly, its great. If youre using it daily, look for another bag.

This rolling bag does what it needs to do but it feels very cheap and I don’t think it will last long. I use this bag a few times a week. It is roomy enough to carry everything I need for work including my lunch. I wish you could lock the handle so it could be pushed forward sometimes or if the wheels were were multidirectional.

We bought this for my wife and her frequent travels a year or two ago. It holds her laptop and important papers well. It’s ridden through airports across the country and to work locally every day. It starting to show signs of use , but it’s still kicking. Happy with it for sure. I’m sure there are even tougher models out there but you’d pay that premium. For the price this is and has served us well. Update November 2020- She has this thing overstuffed and carries it literally every day of the work week (and some weekends) and it’s still working great. Last update: late 2021 she finally wore down to the point we had to replace her. That thing traveled across the country, through multiple airports and daily to work. It was worth the money and if we weren’t so hard on them, it would have lasted a much longer time.

I bought this bag to take my laptop, chargers, and notebooks along on vacation. It fits under the smallest of airplane seats and wheels silently and smoothly. The padding isnt as thick as some other bags I had in the past, although for this price it seemed sufficient. Also, the handle when fully extended isnt super sturdy, but it worked fine for my purposes. The case has a small pocket in front that I used for charging cables, as well as two larger compartments, one of which has a Velcro strap to keep a laptop from shifting around. It was fine for my 15-inch Chromebook. I was able to fit four spiral notebooks, a couple of smaller pads, and one hardback book in the other compartment, and there was room for my Bose Soundlink speaker next to my laptop. For occasional travel and light use, this rolling case is fine. If you travel regularly, carry heavy loads, or subject your bag to a lot of abuse, I would spend more for a tougher one.

Although the price of this briefcase is cheap, do not underestimate the quality and value of it. I’m very pleased with my purchase. The quality and durability is waaayy more than I expected.

Good bag, but the wheels are made of cheap plastic, which are loud, are all spent after 3 months of regular use. I bought replacement wheels (PU rollerblade, 62mm) which I will somehow install (Will need to cut the current wheel in order to access the axel and cut it, too. After cutting them, I will replace them with a removable axels and more durable and quiet PU wheels)

I got this when work decided that we should return to the office. The storage capacity is ample and the laptop seems to be pretty well protected. The handle deploys and collapses easily and rolls well enough. My biggest complaint about this laptop bag is that it is not very sturdy. When gripping the collapsing handle while deployed, there is a noticeable amount of twist. I am not sure if this is going to be a problem in the future, causing the bag to fail prematurely, but for now it works well enough.

I use this bag everyday to go to and from the parking lot, several blocks away, to my office building. It serves its purpose and keeps me from needing to carry on my shoulders several bags to get in and out. Its not perfect, but its good for a bag that isnt costly to make sure Id actually use it. The bag itself is holding up well with daily use for the last 8 months. The only problem I have is that the wheels seem to have worn out or through to their inner core which makes some funny sounds as I walk. The little divider between the front and back half of the bag is useful, but as others have stated, if you have small items, they tend to slide back and forth between the two pockets. The laptop pocket in the main compartment has held up very well despite the abuse I throw at it every day, including multiple devices in that pocket. It has even handled being dragged up stairs quite a few times with minimal wear on the back.
