> 3 dayI travel often for work, so a rolling bag with collapsible handle is a must. The handle failed at 15 months. I actually took it apart to see what failed. The button at the top just pushes down on 2 rods on either side to release the ball locks. On the one side this rod wore away the hole that keeps it aligned to the button. So when you push the button down the rod just moves to the side now. Making the handle unusable. So, if you raise and lower the handle a lot. This will happen as metal is rubbing on plastic. 2nd issue with the bag is the back compartment is just one big compartment (actually the very bottom is open to the mid compartment. So, things just move around and sometimes moves into the center compartment. The fabric, wheels, and zipper are all fine. Will not be replacing it with the same bag.

> 3 dayFor price, I was worried about the zippers breaking. But, the bag is very durable & the zippers moves smoothly with lots of room.

Greater than one weekThe bag was affordable and the storage space and compartments are great. The laptop area has padding to secure the laptop and keep away from other items in the briefcase. The handle doesnt seem to be too sturdy but Ive had the briefcase for about a month and is holding up well. I will continue to handle it with care. I work remotely two days out of the week so the bag is great to load files, laptops, and office supplies I carry back and forth every day.

> 3 dayI am studying to become a medical coder and needed a bag that would carry all of the massive coding books, but without killing my back. This is my first time ever purchasing a rolling case like this so I dont have any previous experience to compare it to, but so far I really like it. Its able to hold my three coding books plus either my courses textbook or my laptop, but not both. The front is nice to hold all my pens/highlighters/etc with ample organizer pockets to keep things in their place. I havent had any issues with the handle as of yet and it slides in and out quite easily. The reason I gave this four stars rather than five is that Im watching the status of the wheels. They appear fine, but sometimes the case doesnt feel right when Im pulling it behind me. Im worried that the weight of my books might be putting more strain on the wheels than this case was built for so I will update this review if anything changes.

> 3 dayI like the bag. It has prevented some back aches. I use it to carry equipment and a tablet for work. It can be heavy if you need to lift it by the handles. Wheels are noisy. Co-workers tease me because they know exactly when I have entered the office. I have been using mine since April 2017. Fabric that separates compartments tore some time ago. I just threw the bag away, but I could have continued to use it. The wheels look like they are about to fall off or fall apart. They have looked like that for months, but are still rolling. I purchased a second one months ago and will purchase another when needed. Handles are sturdy. Use them at least 3 times a day. Adustable handle works well but can be a little difficult to hide away. I never store it anyway. The wheels have stood up to rolling on concrete for 0.3 to 0.5 miles for about 300 days.

> 3 dayI am a notary public/notary signing agent, and needed a bag for my supplies. This one is PERFECT. It is wonderfully lightweight, does not tip over while rolling, is easy to just pick up with the handles instead of rolling, and fits all my supplies wonderfully. I might prefer it if the pockets for pens, etc. were configured a little differently, but thats a minor complaint. I love that I can keep my notary public supplies in one compartment, and can use the other compartment for loan signing documents. I purchased separately two legal-sized expanding pockets to put in this compartment, so I can keep my two copies of loan documents easily separated and unrumpled. I highly recommend this bag! Oh, and at first I was afraid I couldnt lock it, but discovered that it works just fine to slip a luggage padlock through the loops at the base of the zipper pulls—yay! I would totally make this purchase again!

> 3 dayI really like this bag. It’s a great value, and the quality is very nice. The wheels work well, it’s sturdy, and it holds a lot. The one thing I’m not crazy about is that the fabric separating the two large zipper pockets is open at the bottom, so sometimes small items go through from one side to the other. I use it for work, and I like to keep toys and supplies for my students in one side and my laptop and tablet in the other side, but smaller items end up on the laptop side. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying.
