> 3 dayNice size, not too heavy, easy to use. I am 5’ 10” and the telescoping handle is plenty long = no stooping to pull the bag. It has a lot of room! Easily carries laptop, notepads, files, etc. in front compartment. 2nd i use for personal items. Very front has extra storage for glasses, pens, computer cord, etc.

Greater than one weekWe bought this for my wife and her frequent travels a year or two ago. It holds her laptop and important papers well. It’s ridden through airports across the country and to work locally every day. It starting to show signs of use , but it’s still kicking. Happy with it for sure. I’m sure there are even tougher models out there but you’d pay that premium. For the price this is and has served us well. Update November 2020- She has this thing overstuffed and carries it literally every day of the work week (and some weekends) and it’s still working great. Last update: late 2021 she finally wore down to the point we had to replace her. That thing traveled across the country, through multiple airports and daily to work. It was worth the money and if we weren’t so hard on them, it would have lasted a much longer time.

> 3 dayI am a Information Technology consultant and on a daily basis carry my laptop and equipment to different client facilities. I have been using rolling laptop cases since 2004 and had multiple brands and models: here is how the AmazonBasics version compare (based on 8 days of usage since it arrived): 1. Great value (most other case i used average between $75 to $200). 2. Conveniently Sized: My Lenovo Yoga 720 15.6 laptop and accessories fit with room to spare and the overall size of the case is great when you are constantly moving through facilities (think elevators full of personnel, lunch rooms, lifting the case to the trunk of the car and storage under assigned cubicles). 3. Good Build Quality: the extendable handle, pockets, zippers and wheels feel sturdy enough for daily use (even when rolling through rough and uneven sidewalks / streets). My only dislike is that even thought there are 2 separate zippered compartments they are not fully separated; there is a space in the bottom of the bag where your accessories can freely move from one compartment to the other. My strategy for rolling laptop cases was to buy the best and most expensive model that I could afford and hope it lasted for years; now with these prices I expect to replace rolling laptops cases as necessary through time without having to spend a fortune.

> 3 daySo I wanted to get some mileage on this bag before posting my review. I have had this bag now for almost 6 months and have used it regularly. I like the overall design of the bag, it has held up nicely, wasnt super expensive and took the weight of a backpack off my back (so a plus for those of us who have back issues). It has 3 zippered sections to put your things in. The first zippered section on the front has 2 pen pockets, 2 small pockets you can put pens or other things in, 4 business card pockets with a pocket the runs behind the business cards and 2 larger pockets that run horizontal behind all of that. (Ill include pictures to help show what I am saying) The 2nd section has a laptop pouch. I measured my laptop and its length is 15 inches and is 10 inches wide/tall when in pouch, but it is a 17 inch screen (horizontal measurement of laptop for those who dont know). The pouch is has a little bit of padding on the front and back, so your laptop is safe there. The bottom seems okay as well and my computer has not suffered any damage, but for some who are more particular about their tech, you may want just a thin layer of foam or other cushioning (depending on the size of the laptop, you may can it in a sleeve into the pouch). There is also room to put some files or a binder in this section as well. The last section is large enough to fit a 3 ring binder in, though you might fit a larger one if you dont have anything in the center section. The inside measurements are 13 inches tall from bottom to under the zipper and 15 inches wide from inside corner to inside corner. The dimensions listed in the product description say 17 (tall) x 14.5 (long) x 7.5 (wide) Moving along to the wheels and handles. The wheels seem pretty sturdy so far and I have not had any trouble from them. They also are not swivel, so this may be a no go for someone looking for a bag with swivel wheels. The cloth handle is sturdy and nice to have when having to lift the bag out of your vehicle or going up stairs. The extended handle has a little loose feeling (and may feel cheap if you have owned a more expensive bag, but from my understanding of others reviews of more expensive bags, this seems to be a common complaint about the extend handles), but from my experience with it, it has served me well and has not given me any trouble. Also I am 55 and the handle is just right. My supervisor has the same bag and he is probably around 65 and the handle extends out far enough for him too.

Almost Satisfied
> 3 dayI got this when work decided that we should return to the office. The storage capacity is ample and the laptop seems to be pretty well protected. The handle deploys and collapses easily and rolls well enough. My biggest complaint about this laptop bag is that it is not very sturdy. When gripping the collapsing handle while deployed, there is a noticeable amount of twist. I am not sure if this is going to be a problem in the future, causing the bag to fail prematurely, but for now it works well enough.

> 3 dayPerfect for me. I am a nursing student and have tons of books to carry around. I was a little reluctant of getting a rolling case, but after the first week of school, I learned my lesson and began the search for a rolling case. I had already dropped an arm and a leg this first week of school on other supplies/books/scrubs etc., that I was searching for a DEAL. (Amazon got tons of business from me) I was worried about compromising quality, but then I fell across this bag! After reading the reviews, I was more reluctant since most people were complaining about no padding where the pull bars are, not much padding through out the bag, but after receiving the bag, my worries flew out the window! The bag is better quality than expected and is holding up great. There is no padding against the arm pulley, but there is a covering which is fine. Most carryon bags have this type of style where just a fabric covers the metal on the inside of the bag. You probably are not toting around antiques that are fragile, so that should not be of grave concern. The section in the back is large enough to fit books or say an outfit if you are doing overnight travel and some toiletries. There is another compartment that has a divider in it, in which you could put a lap top on the front end of the divider and some files behind it. Then there is the small area in the front that you can store pens, phone and other miscellaneous items. I put my keys, wallet, sunglasses, medicines, lip gloss and hand lotion in the front pocket, MacBook in the computer storage area along with my Beats by Dre headphones and in the third compartment (closest to the arm pulley) is where I can stash 2 large books and 2: 1 binders, a medical dictionary, my stethoscope and my lab coat if I take it off. I would say that is quite the arsenal. The material is thick and sturdy, the arm pulley is super long, so Im sure thats a plus for taller men/women. I am very pleased with the sturdiness of this bag along with its simplicity and price!! I also love that you can hide the pulley when not in use by zipping it closed in. I use the bag 5 days a week, every week. I roll through parking lots and through the campus, so I would say it gets regular/daily usage. I am only giving this item 4 stars, because I wish it had a longer strap for over the shoulder for instances when I would not roll it, or if I felt like carrying it would be easier. You only have the two shorter handles. Other than that, I am very very pleased with the item I received for the price I paid. If this were to wear out within a year - which is realistic b/c it isnt a $300 rolling computer bag -- then I would definitely replace it with the same bag.

08-01-2025Nice buy but: The wheels should be larger and sturdy to avoid bend to the back, for more durability and longer usage life.

That Book Chick
> 3 dayI was a bit skeptical about this bag based on some of the reviews that I read. But, I figured since it was so much cheaper than a lot of the other laptop bags on here, I would take a chance and order it. Im really glad that I did. Ive had this case for a good month now and it works well. I have to tote around a lot of items for my job, and it fits everything comfortably. Looking inside my bag right now, I have the following items: 1) Laptop with power cord and full sized mouse 2) Two 1 inch binders 3) Three folders 4) A pair of flip flops 5) A few legal pads 6) My pencil/pen pouch 7) My 16 oz coffee mug I like that there are separate sections to put items in. My old rolling bag was more similar to a dufful bag with wheels, so I was always digging around the bottom looking for my smaller items. With this bag, I can get to things quickly. I probably shouldnt do this, but sometimes I pick it up by the long metal handle to get it up the stairs. Handle seems to be holding out and hasnt because loose or broken. It rolls upstairs, on uneven sidewalk pavement, across grass, etc.

> 3 daySo for the price, its a nice, basic bag. Doesnt look cheap, just a simple bag without the frills. The wheels seem to be ok; a bit loud, but not a deal breaker. What made me return this item was the very flimsy telescoping handle. I feel like if my bag was any heavier, one turn down a hallway and this handle is toast. All in all, you get what you pay for. If youre using it lightly, its great. If youre using it daily, look for another bag.

Greater than one weekBig enough, but not too big. Light weight. Adequately durable. Works for me.
