I like the bag. It has prevented some back aches. I use it to carry equipment and a tablet for work. It can be heavy if you need to lift it by the handles. Wheels are noisy. Co-workers tease me because they know exactly when I have entered the office. I have been using mine since April 2017. Fabric that separates compartments tore some time ago. I just threw the bag away, but I could have continued to use it. The wheels look like they are about to fall off or fall apart. They have looked like that for months, but are still rolling. I purchased a second one months ago and will purchase another when needed. Handles are sturdy. Use them at least 3 times a day. Adustable handle works well but can be a little difficult to hide away. I never store it anyway. The wheels have stood up to rolling on concrete for 0.3 to 0.5 miles for about 300 days.

I like that my 15 inch MacBook Pro fits comfortably inside the rolling bag along with other necessary documents and journal.

This case is economically priced and delivers as expected and advertised. Unfortunately, there is one feature that is missing which makes a world of difference when traveling with other luggage pieces. I didnt think of this missing feature until I left the door with my 28 luggage and this rolling laptop case. After locking my door as I left for the airport, I had the 28 in my left hand and this laptop case in my right. As I began to roll them it became difficult to roll them simultaneously and in a straight line. Therefore I retracted the rolling handle of the laptop case and placed it on top of my luggage only to find that there is no way to secure it on top of the luggage. Other laptop rolling cases may have an opening in the back of the outer cover to place a larger luggage pieces handle through so that it is secured - stacked on top of each other and rolled with one hand. This laptop case doesnt have it, resulting in the need to PUSH the 28 luggage with this case balanced on top as opposed to tilting the luggage 45 degrees and pulling it in tow. As one would expect, it made it slower and less maneuverable to move with the 2 pieces, especially when crossing the street where there isnt a ramp. If this rolling laptop case had the opening in the back, it would be a 5 star product. As a consolation, the material is a more fabric like ballistic nylon, seemed durable, not too heavy of a bag, and rolled just fine. The wheels were of the right size...not too small and was able to take beating on my trip to Japan which required a bit of walking with the luggage. If you plan on taking this with other luggage on a trip, you may want to find one with an opening in the back.

Perfect for me. I am a nursing student and have tons of books to carry around. I was a little reluctant of getting a rolling case, but after the first week of school, I learned my lesson and began the search for a rolling case. I had already dropped an arm and a leg this first week of school on other supplies/books/scrubs etc., that I was searching for a DEAL. (Amazon got tons of business from me) I was worried about compromising quality, but then I fell across this bag! After reading the reviews, I was more reluctant since most people were complaining about no padding where the pull bars are, not much padding through out the bag, but after receiving the bag, my worries flew out the window! The bag is better quality than expected and is holding up great. There is no padding against the arm pulley, but there is a covering which is fine. Most carryon bags have this type of style where just a fabric covers the metal on the inside of the bag. You probably are not toting around antiques that are fragile, so that should not be of grave concern. The section in the back is large enough to fit books or say an outfit if you are doing overnight travel and some toiletries. There is another compartment that has a divider in it, in which you could put a lap top on the front end of the divider and some files behind it. Then there is the small area in the front that you can store pens, phone and other miscellaneous items. I put my keys, wallet, sunglasses, medicines, lip gloss and hand lotion in the front pocket, MacBook in the computer storage area along with my Beats by Dre headphones and in the third compartment (closest to the arm pulley) is where I can stash 2 large books and 2: 1 binders, a medical dictionary, my stethoscope and my lab coat if I take it off. I would say that is quite the arsenal. The material is thick and sturdy, the arm pulley is super long, so Im sure thats a plus for taller men/women. I am very pleased with the sturdiness of this bag along with its simplicity and price!! I also love that you can hide the pulley when not in use by zipping it closed in. I use the bag 5 days a week, every week. I roll through parking lots and through the campus, so I would say it gets regular/daily usage. I am only giving this item 4 stars, because I wish it had a longer strap for over the shoulder for instances when I would not roll it, or if I felt like carrying it would be easier. You only have the two shorter handles. Other than that, I am very very pleased with the item I received for the price I paid. If this were to wear out within a year - which is realistic b/c it isnt a $300 rolling computer bag -- then I would definitely replace it with the same bag.

This rolling bag is perfect for carrying my work to and from the office. I have been using it for some time now and it travels with me every weekday. It has held up well and is so easy to pack/unpack, is steady and is easy to roll. I would definitely purchase this rolling bag again. But its holding up so well, I may not need to do that for a long time.

yes you get what you pay for....this was inexpensive and it shows in the design and construction The lightweight zipper I wont expect to last very long It really needs more pockets and easily accessible ones The pull out handle feels flimsy and the carry handle is akward to use as it flops over the back and is not one padded strap rather 2 sling type straps... It will do for now but I expect to need a new one sooner than expected... Sorry for the bad review but you asked for honesty

I use this bag everyday to go to and from the parking lot, several blocks away, to my office building. It serves its purpose and keeps me from needing to carry on my shoulders several bags to get in and out. Its not perfect, but its good for a bag that isnt costly to make sure Id actually use it. The bag itself is holding up well with daily use for the last 8 months. The only problem I have is that the wheels seem to have worn out or through to their inner core which makes some funny sounds as I walk. The little divider between the front and back half of the bag is useful, but as others have stated, if you have small items, they tend to slide back and forth between the two pockets. The laptop pocket in the main compartment has held up very well despite the abuse I throw at it every day, including multiple devices in that pocket. It has even handled being dragged up stairs quite a few times with minimal wear on the back.

I travel often for work, so a rolling bag with collapsible handle is a must. The handle failed at 15 months. I actually took it apart to see what failed. The button at the top just pushes down on 2 rods on either side to release the ball locks. On the one side this rod wore away the hole that keeps it aligned to the button. So when you push the button down the rod just moves to the side now. Making the handle unusable. So, if you raise and lower the handle a lot. This will happen as metal is rubbing on plastic. 2nd issue with the bag is the back compartment is just one big compartment (actually the very bottom is open to the mid compartment. So, things just move around and sometimes moves into the center compartment. The fabric, wheels, and zipper are all fine. Will not be replacing it with the same bag.
