AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Entre intel 11000 y AMD 5000 me quedo con los núcleos de más de AMD con un control de energía muy superior. Si tenéis dudas el 5900x es la mejor opción actual sin duda alguna (siempre y cuándo lo encontréis en stock y a un precio razonable)

Someone wise once told me you never regret spending extra for good tools. I have always been behind tech wise. Got into some more cpu heavy stuff and was overheating, then upgraded case and was maxing cpus. Finally just decided I’m on my computer enough I should just go for it. Originally started with 32 ram (8x16) and was still able to stall it out with really video heavy stuff now I have double that and am unable to slow this thing down.

Great 5900x

Problème de refroidissement si vous navez pas de gros ventirad ou watercooling rester sur du Ryzen 7 si vous navez pas besoin de pousser vôtre PC dans des extrême.

Obviously this has more cores and hits higher benchmarks than most other CPUs on the market and price/performance right now is pretty much at the top of the high end CPUs. However even beyond the raw data, in my PC this CPU will run at 30-40% (and a cool ~45 degrees with a wraith max cooler) utilization running the same intense gaming/VMs/Work that would put my Ryzen 5 3600 at 100%. Absolutely astounding and the biggest engineering/performance leap in AMD CPUs since FX to Ryzen.

Im going to be honest, I was not expecting huge gains coming from a Ryzen 5600x. And you are probably wondering, why would you upgrade twice in a single product cycle? Well the short answer is that the availability of the 5900x when it first came out was... lacking to say the least so I had to make due with the 5600x. At the time, the six-core processor was more than capable to fit my needs. However over the past year, my work habits have changed and thus I demanded more from my workstation. Adding a second monitor was a great addition to help increase my multi-tasking capabilities. However this made me aware of the limitations of having fewer cores in my system.

Upgraded from a R5 2600 to the R9 5900X when the price dropped and the performance uplift is very significant. This is far more CPU than I actually needed but I will probably not need to upgrade for 5 years.

LOVE ITTTT. I got it on sale on black friday so for me it was great value for its cost. I would highly recommend 5900X if you dont want a 7 series and want a good 5 series cpu.

C’est un monstre de puissance rien ne lui résiste je ne regrette vraiment pas de l’avoir acheté je n’arrive même pas a le saturer c’est pour dire ! pour ma part je l’ai watercoolé avec une RTX 3090 FE et je ne dépasse pas les 55-60 degrés en pleine charge.
