Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

I do not have any experience using the thermal pastes and I purchased this after seeing all the reviews and positive feedback of both PROs and normal users.

Only brand I trust for thermal paste. Noticed my temps went down a few degrees when using.

Works great! However, you dont get much in the syringe for the price. I bought two of these and one of them had an air bubble in it which probably dropped its volume to two-thirds.

I always buy this thermal paste for a wide variety of applications on computers for myself or clients, and Ive never had a problem. Im sure there are newer products that would cool the CPU half a degree better but so far I have not had any problems and have used this hundreds of times.

It’s good but a little pricey

Description says it. I have an AMD 8350 with the stock heatsink that came in the package. It ran at 40 degrees Celsius idle kept hitting 65 degrees after about 20 minutes under load, notably running high-end games. The OEM heatsink was also extremely loud, I could hear it with a box-fan running in my room. I didnt want to put much wear on a new CPU so I bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus along with some of this Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound.
