The laptop came in a sturdy box. Great performance, nice screen and amazingly fast!

Everything is great, its very powerful, but battery life didnt last 2 hours, maybe because of my external monitor. But for gaming, it is very good.

My particular job requires the use of many VMs running all at once, so I was really keen on getting a laptop with an i9 processor. Looking in that market, anything with an i9 is easily $2K and onward. I picked this laptop up on the recent Amazon Black Friday deal for $1,649.99 which was an absolute steal! Im a big fan of the sleek black thin look (which is not common among some of the other gaming laptops like Alienware) along with the option to disable the extra lighting (it looks great with it on). Its just a personal preference of mine to not have my laptop look like a Christmas tree in a professional work environment. I just threw MW2 on here and it runs maxed out with a solid 60 fps throughout. This truly is an all-in-one package for me in terms of work and play. I went out of my way to upgrade my ram to 64 GB for the purposes of running multiple VMs and it runs fantastically. My only caveat (but this is common now-a-days with these manufactured laptops) is the little amounts of bloatware that was present in the operating system; but that was a quick uninstall. All in all, fantastic product with a great build, I am really glad I pulled the trigger on this purchase.

Its a great laptop almost a desktop replacement, however there is one big flaw. Whenever I am playing a game the track pad just stops working. What Ive read online this is a windows 11 issue though none of the troubleshooting things Ive done help. An otherwise great product ruined by a crap operating system. Update dropped this to one star cause I literally cannot use this thanks to the most recent windows update. Without the option to let me use windows 10 which was stable and functional I have to use this windows 11 garbage now im endlessly stuck in a blue screen of death loop. Do not buy any product that comes with windows 11 the experience is more like a virus.

I run Elden Ring and Call of Duty everyday and it has zero issues.

This is a $2,000 gaming laptop. And you cant leave it on when youre not using it or it will overheat. Im not even playing super high graphics games. POE is like 13 years old and it still overheats and makes my game lag miserably unless I turn the power off and give it like an hour to cool down. Completely embarrassing for a company that is supposed to be all about great gaming products. Rip off.

This is my first time to purchase a gaming laptop, so far I’m not a serious gamer but sometime play ETS2 by my 2017 PC.

Theres a lot to talk about here, but I just want to touch on my use cases. Laptop is extremely powerful especially comes with an RTX 4070. Does help offload a lot of pricing power to the graphic art and this is the main reason why you would wanna get this laptop over something else. I was able to play games on max graphic, and it runs very smoothly. I hooked it up to my Samsung G9 monitor and it runs games at 240 FPS. Aesthetically, its not really a look that I like compared to some of the more slicker laptop out there but youre getting this laptop because of the Intel i9 and Nvidia graphic card. Overall anyone that wants to up their gaming machine this is the one. The battery life is obviously very poor, because it drains a lot of power. I wouldnt recommend you playing this on battery powered because it does throttle once it heats up.

Less than 6 months of buying the laptop the trackpad stopped working, after sending the laptop for repair the display started showing white spots so sending it again for service. As the return window has closed I cannot return/replace the laptop so ended up being forced to buy a warranty extension as I wanted to ensure that I do not want to pay for a new laptops repairs out of pocket. I would not recommend buying this laptop.

Compete at the highest level of Windows 11 gaming with the ROG Strix SCAR 15 gaming laptop. Take on any challenge with a powerful 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H CPU and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU. ROG Intelligent Cooling lets the GPU crank all the way up to 150W of power and next gen DDR5 RAM and PCIe 4.0 SSD lets you spend less time waiting and more time playing or creating. Don’t worry about slow external transfer speeds or connecting to multiple displays with the Thunderbolt 4 port. With a competitive edge this sharp, you can dominate any arena.
