This laptop gets hot quick when gaming, even after I bought a cooling pad, even had to get a new keyboard because playing on a hot keyboard got old quick, wish it had more fans and wish the fans were more powerful, other than that tho this laptop is pretty good, would recommend upgrading ram for it, slapped in some 32 gbs for this thing and works great now, good purchase over all

the laptop is powerfull but the 1080 screen is awful IMO , for the same price you can get the m16 asus rog with same exact specs but with a better screen,slimmer ,lighter and with a facecam...

Ive been using Asus products for years to be fair to the brand. However, my experience with this laptop is that after just longer than two months Im working with Asus support to have it fixed. Its been a pain since I got it with the I/O acting up. Today the laptop shut off randomly when plugging in monitors to the thunderbolt and USBC and they are dead.

Ive been using the ASUS ROG laptop for just over a month and love it. Its fast, quiet enough (even with all the fans running at full speed), impressive display, the LED adds that extra flare to it, and the aluminum case not only adds elegance to the looks but it makes more durable than rubber coated plastic cases that many laptop gaming computers have.

This is a big step up especially coming from a desktop that had a 1050 ti graphics card.

This thing is a beast. I have run a few benchmarks on it.

Got this machine as a replacement for my daily work driver and its solid. The easy upgradability makes it so easy to add extra storage, or swap out the RAM. Took me under 10 minutes to do both!

The laptop performs well. Heating can be addressed effectively through Manual Mode in the Armoury Crate. The main issue is the WiFi frequently disconnecting.
