I actually cannot remember when I bought this...it has to have been over 1-2 years ago. I purchased it because I am a health care professional who works on the field and am constantly in the car as I visit patients. This inverter has been a life saver. I have used it to charge my chrome laptop and my work phone at the same time. Its easy to use and I like the fact that it has two three pronged plugs as well as two USB plug ins. It does make a loud whirring sound indicating that it is on, and Ive had to unplug it when Im taking a call via bluetooth in the car because of the noise, but that is no big deal. Occasionally it gets temperamental and has to be treated with a little TLC and turned upside down a couple times to get it to work, but again, its no big deal. Its pretty hardy as it has endured bags being placed on top of it, being stuffed between books, and going in and out of my glove compartment. Even after having it for so long, the red finish on it is as new as it was when I first bought it and the cord has no visible openings or frays. Also our electricity for our house when out last summer and I reminded my husband that I had it, so he turned my car on and plugged it in, attached a long extension cord and plugged in our refrigerator so that our food wouldnt go bad (now I dont know that the inverter was made for that kind of long term charging, but it worked for us for a couple of hours). Overall, it has a permanent place in my car and I dont leave home without it. I definitely would recommend it to anyone!

We bought this to run a 26 flatscreen tv and an XBox 360 during a drive across country. Worked like a champ and kept the kids occupied for hours. Have used it on two trips and it made for peaceful ones, both in record time.

Great product for pumping in the car! If you dont have a portable breast pump, then this is for you! Works perfectly! Makes life easier when you have to travel. No complaints!

Used it on a camping trip last weekend to plug in my air pump for an air mattress. Worked great, no problems whatsoever. Ill definitely keep this in the car as a just in case item.
