Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Corded Handheld Vacuum, 47R51

> 3 dayThis is PERFECT for what I wanted. Ive been looking for a handheld vacuum with a hose for some time for dusting. I have allergies and vacuuming away that dust is so much better than dry dusting or dusting with dusting sprays. The suction is perfect for this, not very noisy, long cord, and the vacuum is light and easy to handle and easy to clean. The MAJOR issue is that this unit uses Bissells odd attachment size - 1 1/8? - and the attachments fit IN the opening, not over the opening. You cannot use standard 1 1/4 attachments that fit over the hose without an adapter. The vacuum doesnt come with a brush attachment either or it wouldnt be a problem for me. I was able to buy an adapter on eBay and now can use all my existing attachments. Depending on what you need it for, but knowing the situation with the attachments, it could be perfect. But I wish Bissell had either included a brush attachment or included an adapter.

> 3 dayPowerful little vacuum. Great for cleaning stairs, it has a very long cord.

Greater than one weekI bought this handheld mini-vacuum rather than other manufacturers, because it is a plug in electric cord. I want to make sure I dont put lithium batteries in my house. There are many electric bikes charged in apartments in NYC which have caused deadly fires. Most other manufacturers were using lithium batteries.

> 3 dayI have owned the pet hair eraser version of this corset handheld vacuum for years. It is the only thing that works for me. When I saw that it was available with the same attachment that gets the hair in addition to several others along with a much longer cord...I had to have it. Now I can easily get my car, and reach areas the pethair model does not reach. I am completely satisfied and if you take care of it then it will take care of you for years. I make sure to clean the container and filter after every use and the suction maintains its effectiveness and reliability. A corded appliance in todays modern world is often shunned but personally I have never had a positive experience, long term, with a rechargeable non-corded vacuum, regardless if it is a handheld, upright, high end or generic. This small and easy to hold & maneuver gem is a cleaning powerhouse!

Greater than one weekWorks well. Sturdy. But the side blower blows away hair - especially on steps.

> 3 dayFirst flaw in design, as many others reported, it blows out air (on the sides) as hard as it sucks in air. You’ll feel it at your face and arms. Second flaw, it has a [silicon Rubber, not plastic] suction mouth (gray) which get stuck badly on the carpet. Who designed this? Meaning you can’t (I repeat, you Can’t) use it bare, it stuck on the carpet, fabric sofas and couches immediately—Not very efficient when trying to push and pull. You’ll be dragging instead. However, there are external attachments, but they are too darn small which defeat the purpose vacuuming effectively. You want to use the handle and push and pull—but you Can’t. Maybe for car vacuuming is okay using the an attachment. But again the strong air that blows out on the sides will make you think twice about the purchase.

> 3 dayThis little beast is exactly what we needed. We have 3 kitties (4 when I bought it, the 4th was a long-haired) and they take over my bed every time Im not looking, which means there is hair everywhere. To combat the issue, we would de-hair the end of the bed every morning, then pull a lovely flat sheet over the whole thing and occasionally lint roll the flat sheet as well. We had been using the *MAGICAL* Pledge PetHair Remover (pictured here http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71B7dwuq%2BZL._SY355_.jpg) but ours was beginning to wear out and not work as well, so I tried to find another one to replace it but it had been discontinued. I ordered the Lint Wizard Pro to try and replace it (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0010ONK2K?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage) and while it did a decent job, it was mostly good for clothes, not the bed. I was just about to order a Costco-sized pack of the disposable lint rollers we know and love so well, but I decided not to keep throwing away money. ENTER THE CLEANVIEW DELUXE. I chose this vacuum because of multiple reports of staggering power, as well as an easy-clean permanent filter and a few attachments. I also love the Bissell brand- I find their products simple, well-made and affordable (I especially love my steam mop!). I had originally viewed the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser (http://www.amazon.com/Bissell-Eraser-Handheld-Vacuum-33A1/dp/B001EYFQ28/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1453307516&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=bissell+pet+hair&psc=1) but I wanted the attachments. This thing is a perfect, permanent replacement for my lint roller problem. The only thing I wish it had is a lint brush attachment, and I mayjust have to try to finagle one of my own.

> 3 dayI have a long haired cat that kitty litter gets stuck in the fur on her feet and she tracks it out all over the carpet. This works GREAT for vacuuming that litter up. Not so great for hair, but I have another one for that .....I do like this and bought another one

Greater than one weekThis little vacuum worked better than any handheld vacuum Ive ever had. It has great suction and does a superior job of getting the dog hair out of stair edges. There is easy cleanup on the canister and filter.

> 3 dayCleans amazingly well for a small vac. Needed something for the pet hair in our cars. This does the trick and quickly!
