> 3 dayI bought this handheld mini-vacuum rather than other manufacturers, because it is a plug in electric cord. I want to make sure I dont put lithium batteries in my house. There are many electric bikes charged in apartments in NYC which have caused deadly fires. Most other manufacturers were using lithium batteries.

07-04-2025I am not a stupid person and it should not take a half hour to figure out how to re-assemble and install the filters for this product after use and cleaning! i am going to have to get a different hand-held vacuum cleaner- this one is too much of a pain in the XX$%**. too bad because otherwise it gets the job done.

01-04-2025I really want to like this vacuum more because it works so well on getting pet hair out of the carpet (I have a rabbit). This is the 3rd vacuum Ive bought to try to help clean up her pen and the wide mouth without any tubes helps with the stray bits of hay too. But the vent on the sides blow up the dust/debris before you can get to it. Its pretty frustrating! Luckily I read reviews knew to put some paper around the vents to re-direct the air (but it felt like it was getting kind of hot). I thought the reviews might be exaggerating, but its strong enough to blow stuff around on carpet and it was especially bad on our hardwood floors. Someone suggested using the tube attachments to get around this, but I want to use the rubber for the hair and I found that hay kept getting stuck in the tube when I tried on a different vacuum--maybe a problem particular to me. Update: I taped cereal boxes around the vents to make them point up and that helps it not blow away fur/dust not make it get hot. I wish it had been designed better at the start!

> 3 dayThis little vacuum has power! It is by far the best Ive ever used for getting pet hair off the couch. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat and they all get on the furniture. It sucks up all the hair. I love the long cord also. It works really well.

> 3 dayReally like this vacuum. I have owned it for two years with no issues. It has plenty of power and does everything I expect it to. I had a battery powered one prior to this and really disliked it because I couldnt get through one set of stairs without it dying on me. That was the reason I purchased this one. The hose is very useful and takes care of the problem some people were complaining about with the air blowing stuff around. I highly recommend spending the extra $10 to get it. We have a cat and a lab and this handles the hair just fine. One note that could improve the product. The cord could be removable near the base of the unit. I know this voided the warranty, but I cut the cord and installed a connector near the base. This allows me to unplug the unit when I need to empty it and not take the entire cord with me. Dont do this if you dont know what you are doing when it comes to electricity. I do that kind of stuff for work. Pros: 1) Powerful 2) Can do one set of 13 stairs before needing to be emptied 3) The attachments are handy 4) Doesnt need to be charged 5) Not to heavy (Average size man in 20s) Cons: 1) Cord was a little cumbersome until I fixed it

06-04-2025My car needs frequent vacuuming because I track a lot of dirt in due to my job, plus Im always on the go, so make up and food gets everywhere. The vacuums at the gas station never work and cost money. Lugging my real vacuum outside is a pain. I didnt want a rechargeable vacuum, because they rarely have good suction and the batteries eventually lose their ability to retain power. This little vacuum eliminates all of the aforementioned issues. Suction is great, its small and takes up very little storage room, and taking it outside it not a hardship. The attachments are perfect. No complaints.

> 3 dayOk for stairs as it’s lightweight and the adapter gives you the option to do both the stair and the riser without having to flip the device making it easier on your wrists. However there is a MAJOR design flaw with the exhaust system. If you try to use it for anything like a dust mess from drilling holes to hang something, the exhaust blows the dust around before it can pick up the mess. It made a simple cleanup a much bigger mess.

Greater than one weekThis is absolutely worth every single penny. We clean our carpet/stairs pretty regularly, but clearly by the picture a lot was being left behind. I’m both appalled and amazed by the amount of cat hair and general debris this thing picks up. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

> 3 dayThis is PERFECT for what I wanted. Ive been looking for a handheld vacuum with a hose for some time for dusting. I have allergies and vacuuming away that dust is so much better than dry dusting or dusting with dusting sprays. The suction is perfect for this, not very noisy, long cord, and the vacuum is light and easy to handle and easy to clean. The MAJOR issue is that this unit uses Bissells odd attachment size - 1 1/8? - and the attachments fit IN the opening, not over the opening. You cannot use standard 1 1/4 attachments that fit over the hose without an adapter. The vacuum doesnt come with a brush attachment either or it wouldnt be a problem for me. I was able to buy an adapter on eBay and now can use all my existing attachments. Depending on what you need it for, but knowing the situation with the attachments, it could be perfect. But I wish Bissell had either included a brush attachment or included an adapter.
