I reported to BN-LINK that I had an issue with the dimmer. Support rep (Dianna) promptly sent me a replacement dimmer. I later discovered that I misapplied the setup for the automation routine. The original dimmer was good. Thank you for forgiving my mistake.

Work great

We updated our back covered porch including the lighting. The ones I purchased were WAY too bright and I didnt want to take them down to return them. SO, this item was the perfect solution. Besides getting the brightness just right Im able to schedule them to come on each night at dusk for a couple hours. The integration with the wifi was really easy and the mobile app is easy to understand.

Use to set a schedule for outside lighting and it works perfectly

Bought this to pair with Alexa and use with outside lights. So far so good works great and the sideways plug makes it easy to shut door on outdoor outlet.

Was easy to program thank God because I am not all that savvy when it comes to electronics. I didnt even have to call my grand kids to program it for me.

This smart plug worked fantastic. Met all expectations.

The first smart plug I received one of the plugs did not pass power through it, so it had to be returned. No issues with the second switch and working great.

I love the fact that you can actually set the setting and even unplug the plug and then plug it back in and it still remembers the setting after you plug it in you can push the button on it and it always remembers what you said it at it doesnt reset it I love it the app works flawlessly its a little tricky to get it started because you got to turn your Wi-Fi Bluetooth and location on because they all want to know where you live I guess but it works good you wont be disappointed its nice you dont have to really turn the app on you can just push the button on the plug and if you want you can use the app its nice you can have all kind of extra settings in it too just buy it its nice
