Greater than one weekIt took a few minutes to figure out how to get it linked to my phone but once I did it was smooth sailing. The app makes it easy to program and the connected lights have turned on/off exactly as programed. My only suggestion would be to make the instructions larger. Its very frustrating to try and read detailed instructions that are printed in a 4 pt font.

Greater than one weekI own a few BN-Link products. One had a problem. I worked with Steven and Dianna. They learned and understood my problem and resolved it post haste. I am very pleased with BN-Links customer service.

> 3 dayWorked great for about 8 months, then it dims, shuts on and off at random. I liked it a lot when it worked.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised. ..once device is connected to local internet, you can monitor to ensure the outlets are On or Off and instantly control On/Off of each outlet independently. Purchased 5 and 4 work well, the 5th stopped working only because the local internet is down. Great Product

> 3 dayIts able to survive the elements and will work as expected, however its finicky to get into pairing mode to join the WiFi network. Once you get past that, its a cinch to control. I love that it works with the SmartThings app so I dont need to install yet another app. My router died recently and the replacement uses the same SSID for the 2.4 and 5Ghz networks, so now I need to go though the pain one more time for setup! Other than that, its a decent unit.

> 3 daySetup was a little spotty as the app does leave something to be desired. Automatic detection has never worked. Manual setup was fairly easy but the postage stamp of an instruction book leaves a little to be desired but there are instructions online. Once setup and timer function was setup it has only been 30 seconds off.

> 3 dayThis is an edited response and a revised rating. I bought five of these because we have a lot of porches and landscape lighting and water features on different circuits. We have a nest mesh system and strong, consistent wifi signal to the two of these I have set up so far. One of these devices kept being dropped from the set up. However, after the third set up it has worked fine for a week now. It wasnt the wifi signal. This may be a mystery that is never solved, but it is working fine now and I didnt want my harsh assessment from the earlier failures to stand. The other one, father away, has worked flawlessly from the start.
