Greater than one weekI love how gentle the toothpaste is on my sensitive teeth and its subtle minty taste it leaves when you spit out the excess paste. I like to brush twice, once with a water rinse and the second time without a water rinse and just spitting out the excess paste. Feels a lot cleaner by doing it that way. Would definitely recommend!

Greater than one weekI have this on subscription. I love it so much. I love the nano- hydroxyapatite for remineralization of my teeth. It has a refreshing taste. I leave it on my teeth without rinsing for maximum results. A tube lasts me about 2 moths brushing 2 mins each twice a day. Since stopping fluoride, my teeth as still just a white and healthy.

> 3 dayThis is a great option for a kid that doesn’t like mint! Highly recommend. It makes your teeth feel clean and I feel good knowing that it will make my sons teeth strong. I usually like mint toothpaste but this may make me switch!

> 3 dayI am enjoying the flavor of this. It’s a nice change from mint. I’m not so sure that it cleans my teeth as good as other brands but it was a nice change for a little while:)

Greater than one weekI cut dyes out of my daughters foods, but never thought to look into other products. Well recently I became aware that toothpaste has not only dyes, but SLS (sodium laurel sulfate). Ive always known that toothpaste has a neurotoxin known as flouride, but not how it could be effecting my toddlers teeth. After we started using flouride (about 18 months old, when she could understand you cant swallow the toothpaste) she developed dark staining on her front two teeth. I immediately took her to the dentist, and they told me it was from sugar sitting on her teeth after nursing. I never argued that, until we switched to BOKA. A month after boka, my girls staining was less noticeable. My husband also uses this kind because mint makes him gag (on the spectrum) and he says his teeth have never felt so clean. I have ocd with my teeth, and this is the first Flouride-free paste that feels like it cleans my teeth well. No grittyness or film is leftover. I have always suffered from sensitive teeth, and our dds has suggested letting sensodyne sit on my teeth. Again, I never questioned it. After 2 months of using boka, I dont even think twice about eating ice cream or drinking a cold drink. Our dds confirmed that our teeth are in tip top shape, and a soft spot I had last visit (6 mos ago) is no longer soft, just dark. After our exam, I told her we switched to flouride free and she was speechless. I have never in my life gotten a good report at the dds, and always chalked it up to bad genetics- after all I brush and floss at least 2x a day! This stuff is a miracle product, I tell everyone to switch from traditional toothpaste!!!! Wish it was available in stores, hopefully I can recruit enough customers that it will be!

> 3 dayThis may be working IDK, but it does not leave a clean taste. I use regular toothpaste first.

> 3 dayLet me start with saying I use regular toothpaste, but with pregnancy and looking at fluoride effects on foetus, decided to switch to hydroxyapatite. It tastes great, doesn’t irritate my gums and feels the same as regular toothpaste. That being said- this is not a cure for anyone’s cavities. If you have cavities- go see a dentist and take care of your issues, because remineralization won’t cure your caries. Dental caries has many causes, including your gut microbiome and endocrine issues. Don’t postpone medical care- see a holistic dentist. Dental caries is a serious multi systemic disease that will lead to cardiovascular and other more severe issues in the future.
