> 3 dayReplaced a 5 year old identical hose because it became brittle with constant exposure to the sun. I put a section of fire hose over the end that is exposed to direct sunlight and it has been doing very well holding up.I would definitely recommend, but if exposed to direct sunlight cover it up to make it last longer.

> 3 dayI’ve use this brand of hose for hooking up to drinking water while camping. I’ve had good wearability and no problems with them other than aging out after 25 years. I recommend them.

> 3 dayOnly complaint is it’s difficult to keep uncoiled during use. Otherwise it seems fine

> 3 dayEvery RV owner needs a quality water hose. I am very good about separating my drinking water hose and other hoses. I have a filter attached to my house. I don’t drink the water that comes into the RV from the faucet. However, I still want very clean, sanitary, water coming into my sink and my bathtub for washing and bathing. This is a must have for all RV owners.

Greater than one weekWaited a while to write this review to make sure it held up to our use and did not start adding odd flavors to water over time. Still looks new and adds no off flavors to our water at all. We had a cheaper white hose that added a lot of off flavors and was not safe to drink in my opinion.

21-12-2024This hose never kinks. Heavy duty hose. Better than those cheap white hoses. A lot of people at our marina ask me where I got it. Told them amazon. Worth the money

> 3 dayIve had trouble with hoses in a particular location in our yard developing a stagnant water smell in the water remaining in the hose. I had to run the water to flush out this water before I could collect fresh smelling water. I had tried a few different hoses from Costco and OSH and they all developed this smell so I thought Id give these a try. What a nice change!! Ive been using these for more than 3 months and have absolutely no issues with the water remaining in the hose. It comes out smelling fresh immediately. Ive bought more and replaced all of my hoses with these. I love them!

> 3 dayIve had this hose for over 4 years now and have used it many times in the travel trailer. I also have the 10 version to use when the trailer is much closer to the water outlet at campgrounds. I wish I could use the 10 footer all the time, but many times I need to get the 25 hose out, which drives me nuts. Its a real pain to put back in the storage bin if its slightly cold out as it wont coil up neatly and I have to fling it all around to get it to curve correctly so it goes in the bin. It has several kinks in it that wont go away. So, yeah, not anti-kink in my opinion and its been that way ever since I got it. (Didnt realize I hadnt reviewed it until I was searching my orders for another hose I purchased a few years ago.) Im about ready to toss it as I just ordered another 10 footer and will connect the two together when I need to. The good thing about the hose - knock wood, its never leaked or split in the years of periodic usage. But, yeah, anti-kink is a lie. Cant really address the hooking issue as I have it hooked to a Hose-Grip from J Wright Concepts, which is wonderful and a device every camper needs!

> 3 dayAside from the strong and seemingly durable connectors, the most important aspect of this hose is that it adds no smell or taste to the water. Far better that the white hoses with a blue line.
