There is absolutely no after taste with this hose. Very durable.

Great hose, great connection. Love the color, and its very strong. At first its hard to unravel, and then hard to ravel, but thats because the skin is so durable and strong. It has high ratings for a reason, which is why I bought it. I use it in my Class C RV as my fresh water hose with no leaks on either side (first try!) and it has grips for pliers on both sides to get a tight fit if you need to. I use this when its warm outside, and have the Camco hose that looks identical except has a heated wire through it--both work fantastically! Its super strong and not prone to camp-ground or RV Park debris. Accidentally ran this one over (on purpose......) and nothing was wrong with it.

This thing is HORRIBLE PLASTIC TASTE and is UN USABLE. I would ask for a refund but I trusted CAMCO and this is JUNK and is going STRAIGHT in the trash I will buy the old reliable white hiose I only help they have not IMPROVED the old style and made another good product garbage We shall see. The white one had no taste at all but leaked after 5 years

I like that it did not leak at either end when connected. I did not like how stiff it is. Very difficult to unroll.

We have used these hoses for a couple of years and it is an excellent RV drinking water hose. That is, until you try to use it in colder weather. I was rolling it up on a cold morning a few weeks ago and it kinked in a couple of places. The kinks are permanent, and I expect the material to fail soon as it repeatedly bends in exactly the same places. Update: We have now had one of these hoses lying in the Florida sun for two years. The outer blue shell has suffered UV damage and is cracking off. No leaks. The chemical taste has become more pronounced. We replaced it today with another of the same because we felt it delivered good value.

Every RV owner needs a quality water hose. I am very good about separating my drinking water hose and other hoses. I have a filter attached to my house. I don’t drink the water that comes into the RV from the faucet. However, I still want very clean, sanitary, water coming into my sink and my bathtub for washing and bathing. This is a must have for all RV owners.

Ive had this hose for over 4 years now and have used it many times in the travel trailer. I also have the 10 version to use when the trailer is much closer to the water outlet at campgrounds. I wish I could use the 10 footer all the time, but many times I need to get the 25 hose out, which drives me nuts. Its a real pain to put back in the storage bin if its slightly cold out as it wont coil up neatly and I have to fling it all around to get it to curve correctly so it goes in the bin. It has several kinks in it that wont go away. So, yeah, not anti-kink in my opinion and its been that way ever since I got it. (Didnt realize I hadnt reviewed it until I was searching my orders for another hose I purchased a few years ago.) Im about ready to toss it as I just ordered another 10 footer and will connect the two together when I need to. The good thing about the hose - knock wood, its never leaked or split in the years of periodic usage. But, yeah, anti-kink is a lie. Cant really address the hooking issue as I have it hooked to a Hose-Grip from J Wright Concepts, which is wonderful and a device every camper needs!

Replaced a 5 year old identical hose because it became brittle with constant exposure to the sun. I put a section of fire hose over the end that is exposed to direct sunlight and it has been doing very well holding up.I would definitely recommend, but if exposed to direct sunlight cover it up to make it last longer.
