> 3 dayJust started using this hose and it is working well. Too early to talk about durability but so far so good!

> 3 dayThis hose never kinks. Heavy duty hose. Better than those cheap white hoses. A lot of people at our marina ask me where I got it. Told them amazon. Worth the money

> 3 dayI needed a food safe water hose. This hose is very stiff, hard to work with and difficult to coil.

Greater than one weekFor about a year, I have been carrying two 50-foot hoses and one 10-foot hose in my motorhome for connecting to campground water supplies. I often found that the 10-foot hose would be too short, yet one of my 50-foot hoses would be much too long. I needed a good in-between length potable water hose that would coil easily but did not kink. This one fits my needs perfectly. My experience has shown that most campgrounds have the water outlet within 25-feet of the water connector on my coach, therefore this hose length is the one that I now use most often. The coiled metal strain reliefs at each end of the hose prevent the hose from pinching at the fittings. Compared with my other drinking water hoses, this one is made of thicker material, making it nearly impossible to kink accidentally. The thickness also causes the hose to resist being uncoiled when Im trying to straighten it in cold weather. Nonetheless, it easily coils back into a neat bundle for easy storage. Even when I dont use a water filter, this hose does not adversely affect the taste of the water that flows through it.

> 3 dayokay i admit it. im in love with a water hose. i love the fact that every aspect of this hose is well thought out & intentional -- not someones afterthought or soul-less effort to add more confusion to the marketplace. this beautiful camco water hose is drinking water safe, the machined fittings do not wear or leak or leach lead into the water, its both light weight & strong, theres no residual plastic taste to the water, it doesnt kink after you lay it straight in the sun, the larger 5/8 diameter allows greater water volume, its inexpensive, and it comes in a beautiful royal blue. whats not to love? i mean, its like the perfect man -- uhm, except its a water hose.

18-12-2024Great hose, great connection. Love the color, and its very strong. At first its hard to unravel, and then hard to ravel, but thats because the skin is so durable and strong. It has high ratings for a reason, which is why I bought it. I use it in my Class C RV as my fresh water hose with no leaks on either side (first try!) and it has grips for pliers on both sides to get a tight fit if you need to. I use this when its warm outside, and have the Camco hose that looks identical except has a heated wire through it--both work fantastically! Its super strong and not prone to camp-ground or RV Park debris. Accidentally ran this one over (on purpose......) and nothing was wrong with it.

> 3 dayThats it. They are great hoses, but almost impossible to use if the temps drop. I am shopping for something new.
