poor quality bad smell in this one.

This bedding is really dusty....my guinea pigs sneezed alot when we used it so we just switched to a different kind.

Use this for my hedgehog. She likes how soft it is. It expands without having to fluff it out. Provides excellent odor control. Lasts us about a month for one hedgehog in a medium cage with about 2-3 inch depth. Good price too.

The product has a very strange odor, and doesnt do a very good job absorbing liquids, getting all wet very quickly. It is a very coarse material, and will probably avoid it in the future. It may be fine if you plan to add another layer of a softer material on top of it, but otherwise, I do not recommend it as bedding material for Guinea Pigs. I bought another product from the same brand (Paper Bedding, 50l), which does a much better job.

I usually always buy Carefresh bedding for my guinea pig but for some reason, these two packages are extremely coarse and scratchy. They are not at all soft like I normally get.

I just bought this bedding two months ago and they have raised the price by $4 so I wanted to take one star off. Otherwise I would give this 5 stars for the quality and price! But still ended up giving 5 stars because of the quality. It says it stops odors for 10 days & I went up to 7 without any odors! I went with plain fleece bedding before and a litter box it would use occasionally but I recently switched to making half of his cage bedding and half fleece liner. The fleece liner wasn’t cutting it and helping with the odors even after washing every week. Wow I just love this bedding and having an odor free home while enjoying the company of my Guinea Pig. Plus my boyfriend has stopped complaining about the smell, Thank God! I usually mix up the bedding daily so some parts get used and other parts have time to dry. I notice the bedding dries quick because I don’t see much wet spots often. I love this stuff, can’t say it enough. I will purchase from chewy.com since they sell it for a much lower price!

I really like how absorbent this is.

Keeps the smell at bay better than any other paper bedding that we have tried. We use this for our guinea pigs, and we put this bedding where they go to the bathroom the most. And then a cheaper paper bedding in the rest of the cage.
