> 3 dayThis is high quality cable, thicker than most, and with a high quality gold plated connector. The only negative thing I have to say about this cable is that I would have preferred if the connector was actually fused to the cable. As it is now, crimped plastic on plastic, I feel less confident that it will stand the test of time. Do I take a star? No, because as it is, it performs well and is made well. If the connector head does in fact pop off in the future, Ill come back and update this review. In the meantime: Five Star CAT 8 Network Cable

> 3 dayThis was used to run a direct line from my router in the hallway under the carpet and into my office. So far after using for awhile not only are our speeds fast but a visual inspection of the cable under the carpet appears that it is holding up quite well. Its flexible enough too that its not a pain to work with. Id defintely recommend.

Greater than one weekI am using this CAT 8 cable to run 1080p and 4k video and audio across rooms using an HDMI ethernet extender. I have extended the cable out to its full length and most video comes across wonderfully with full audio. There are some source issues with the extender boxes, but the Cat 8 cable holds no blame there. The shielding here is also an extra benefit if running this cable through walls were Romex cable may be co-existing.

> 3 dayGot this for my gaming PC because honestly, I saw this on Amazons Vine program, I just upgraded to gig internet, and I still had Cat5E running. Upgraded to this cable and not only did I see a speed difference (didnt help the other cable was like 10+ years old), but the ping difference is great too. Look, Im 36, I have worked in IT, now working Cyber Security, but I dont have all my old tools to tell you the exact differences. I do apologize. What I can say though is this cable works great for my setup and havent had issues for the 3 weeks Ive had it. Im happy I got this and I do recommend it for a network cable in general.

> 3 dayI needed this for my work area at home and it definitely did the job, it’s just like the picture, if you’re like me and need a Ethernet cord to stretch from one room to another this the cord you need.

> 3 dayI ordered this to only discover that my laptop does not have an ethernet port and neither does the dock, so I have had to order a USB to ethernet converter.

Greater than one weekThe MEIPEK Cat 8 Ethernet Cable 50 FT is well made and works great. It comes with 15 nail down clips if you need them. I have a 500 Mbps internet service with Spectrum and this cable gets over 500 Mbps on speed tests. The modem is labeled 2.5G and the router is only 1G, so it can only do so much until I upgrade the router and other switches and cables in the system. This seems like a top of the line cable.

> 3 dayI am using this to connect my PC to a far away jack. It is running just as fast as with an 8ft patch. I feel I dont need to worry about stepping on this or pinching it against the wall when moving my desk. The plugs are better than the normal ones i use. I dont think the retaining clip is going to break off if I look at it funny.

> 3 dayThis 50 ft. cable has a good weight to it due to the purity of the copper wires it uses. The connectors and boots are done well. Im sure this cable is going to last for many years to come. It was nice to have some cable clamp/mounts included in case you want use them. Im very pleased with this cable and happy that I got it.
