This appears to be a really well made cable. It is very flexible and easy to run. The connectors are sturdy. Transfer rate is at the max of my system. Don’t have the equipment to do a technical performance evaluation but I suspect it would perform very well.

Im reviewing the MEIPEK brand Ethernet cable described as: Cat 8 Shielded Ethernet Cable 30ft, Heavy Duty High Speed Network LAN Cable 40Gbps 2000Mhz, SFTP Shielded Cat 8 Internet Cable Direct Burial, Gold Plated RJ45 Cable for Gaming/Modem/Router(10 Clips) I needed a 30 Ethernet cable that was rugged and shielded enough to run outdoors between my upstairs router and a TV downstairs that was installed in just such a location as to not get sufficient Wifi reception from any of my three Wifi routers. This cable is doing the job perfectly! Like many buyers, I dont actually need Cat8 speeds (if you are lucky enough to have Gigabit fiber Ethernet to your home, that only requires Cat5 on your LAN to keep up unless you have a lot of fast devices trying to talk to each other on your local network), but its good to future proof. The boots on the jacks are well constructed and dont look like theyll break easily (a common failure point on Ethernet cables). The outer jacket looks exactly like what Id expect for an SFTP cable suited for direct burial -- good quality, thick PVC. The only thing that was a detractor was that they included white cable clips for a black cable. Fortunately I had some black clips to use, so I didnt use the ones they sent. Overall, this is a cable thats a good value at its price point (currently $23.99).

Comes rolled and it will be kinked when you first take out of the package. Let it rest for a few days to relax and then you will be able to get the kinks out and have it straightened. I tested at 1gpbs speed and it seems stable, but unable to test higher speeds in my home. This will work well if you need to run a data line to a room on the other end of most apartments and even small homes. Most work from home needs to be wired and you need a quiet place, so this allows you to run a data cable for your computer to a quiet room.

This is a really sturdy cable. The outer insulation feels really thick and durable so you can pull it through a wall, and not worry about it getting nicked or snagged. The clips were a great bonus surprise if you need to run along the surface of a wall. In my case I saw 3x speed improvement over WiFi, and I can access the entire internet with this cable, so I would highly recommend it.

I needed an Ethernet cable for my son to connect to his Xbox, so picked this one up. We did a speed test before and after using this cable, and we actually saw an increase in internet speed. The other cable was a few years old and it was a 100ft cable, so a speed increase was not a surprise, however it was good to see that this cable did show the increase we expected and even a little bit more. The cable quality is good and this feels like a cable that will last. Im glad it came with some clips for installation, because we needed some. So that was a nice bonus. The cable is super easy to connect, since these ethernet cables just clip right in, and it feels secure when it is connected. We are very happy with this cable and would recommend it.

For some odd reason my internet became support spotty and terrible during the work day. The ethernet cord came in through the clutch and it improved my internet connection. The cord is a decent length and the thickness is great.

Works exactly like youd think it would. Fastest I can test it with is a 1Gb/s connection speed, but its been working great so far.

This 50-foot ethernet cable is top-quality. While Ive got no test to prove its made off oxygen-free copper, I can say it does facilitate high-speed data transfer. Connected to a gigabit ethernet switch, uploads and downloads are fast, and precise- even at the 50-foot length of this cable! Construction quality is the real story, though. This cable is professional-quality, featuring a THICK PVC jacket, gold-plated shielding on the connectors, and plastic reinforcement boots where the cable meets the connectors. The cable is thick, but highly-compliant- for easy runs, and the connectors look and feel robust. As a nice touch, the cable came with a packet of 15 cable clips, with tacks. This is a very nice cable.

Great quality cable with properly terminated ends with snag relief. Its a thick, robust cable and I ran it from one side of my house to my garage- because the computer and TV in the garage work great on a cable and it gets some devices off my wireless. Wired is always better! The included clips come in handy to keep it tucked where it needs to be, and in my installation they came in very handy as I routed it through the utility room and tacked the cable to the rafters so it looks professionally done and wont be in the way. I was in I.T. for many years and know a decent quality cable when I see it- and this one is great, and a great value. Not having to make my own cable is a great bonus when they are this inexpensive.
