One of my favorites! The extension give you the possibility to add 2 more players to the game.

Definitely worth buying if you have more than 4 people to play catan with. We always had to have people sit out and watch because only 4 can play the regular game. It’s more fun with 5-6 people.

Everyone who has played this game with us has loved it. Quickly became our favorite family game. This expansion allows for more people to play.

Gret expansion to an amazing game.

After deciding we needed a new family game and doing quite a bit of research, I took my chances on Catan, a game I knew nothing about but thought might appeal to my high schooler, college students, and spouse. Though the box sat unopened for a year because the game sounded complicated and too much like role play, once we decided to give it a try, we were all hooked! Set up takes a minute and it might take a few rounds to get used to wheeling and dealing with your opponents, but the strategy (and sometimes cunning) is very entertaining. Truly, Im not one for most games (though I enjoy card games such as Heart and Gin Rummy), I look forward to sitting down for a couple of hours with my family playing Catan. Somewhat similar to Monopoly in terms of buying and trading (for those who dont get bored with Monopoly before trading starts), I find Catan much more entertaining. Remember, if you want to play with more than four people, you must purchase the expansion pack, which is the only bummer. They also offer other versions that weve enjoyed such as the Seafarers version.

Awesome game

This is a counterfeit product and should be taken down off Amazon. Two weeks ago I bought from another source, so I can verify the contents of this box are illegitimate. - There was sawdust covering all items in the box - The little plastic baggies look like drug baggies from a bad movie. They are marked with janky recycling icons, they were damaged and dirty - The brand new resource cards were not properly sealed - The cardboard pieces seem poorly made, flimsy, and have scuffs and damage. I didnt even pop them out. Im a frequent Amazon user and Ive never seen such a bad product mailed to me. Really feels like a scam. Returning it immediately. Dont waste your time. Buy elsewhere.
