This is literally the greatest board game Ive ever played. Have now gotten all of my friends and family hooked on it as well and is a huge hit at game night. Perfect amount of luck and strategy. Very easy to catch onto after a few rounds in the first game. Would highly recommend this game to anyone!

Fun

We already had an original version of settlers and decided to get this as a gift for our older son. It is good quality, but we really like the coloring and labeling on the original version better. Some of the pieces are just harder to differentiate in the original version. But it is still a really fun game that our family of five loves. Our ages range from 13 to 48.

BEWARE: Some reviews state that they have been missing pieces so I suggest buying retail and price matching if the retail store allows so you can return/exchange if you have a defective set! Pros: Its Catan Cons: 1. Hexes, frame pieces, and resource cards are darker or lighter than the 5th edition that it was made for. 2. NONE of the frame pieces fit into the original game frame pieces so I had to cut some for it to fit and now the whole frame wobbles. 2.5?: Wish they gave a zip-lock type bag for the new numbers and dock pieces. Overall, if this wasnt Catan, I would have given this 1 star.

Received what was described, received quickly. Loved the original, cant wait to play with expansion pack!!

Everything was good. Its been a while since I had six people together to play, but Ill be satisfied when I do.

The coloring is off. It doesn’t quite match

This extension makes the game board bigger and gives you enough pieces to play with 2 more players.

Awesome game, lasts about an hour, and good for three to four people (unless you get the expansion pack).

Kids love that game. I use kids loosely-they are 24!
