The outlets would pair up but would show up as an unknown device and not able to be used, although it would show up under my smartthings account. This was with the new Smartthings app. The 2 outlets did show up using the old Smartthings app and were fully functional. To fix, I had to use the migration function within the old app, then they showed up on the new app. Apart from that, they seem to be working well controlling my xmas lights.

I have about 50 devices connected to ST hub, so I am not new to pairing devices. The instruction is app tells you to hold button until you see red flashing light. Well in my case this didnt happen for both plugs. It would reset /purple/blue and it goes to solid blue. Somehow i was able to pair it after several tries. Now it is working fine , but I wont order similar type of plugs again ( there are several of them here on Amazon under different brands)

They work like I expected, compatible with smart things.

I bought a bunch of different versions that claimed to work with Samsung Smartthings. They either didnt work or required an additional intermediary app. These ones however, worked perfect with Smartthings.

They work great, take a decent amount of wattage (I run a water distiller off one of them), and pair great with a Zigbee USB radio via Home Assistant. For day to day use on a timer, remote control, or something similar, theyre amazing especially foe the price. I have 4 of them. The only issue Ive noticed are they tend not to have a lot of range and they dont repeat the Zigbee signal very well. Luckily I had some other devices I could add in to maintain the mesh, but just be aware it may have issues if its AR a long distance / through some thick walls / off by itself.

Picked these up to switch on our indoor holiday lights and they perform as expected. The relay could be quieter but I cant complain for this price.

Nice product been using for a while now with 0 issues on a smart things hub.

These things have never failed so far and purchased 2 more a year later!
