> 3 dayBought this two weeks ago - on first trip with it the zipper snapped off. I will exchange via amazon ad try again but agree it should be built better - although it looks fantastic. The jury is out on the clamshell design vs. just a zippered top. I love the looks and I will give it another try and if needed will just go back to my zero Haliburton tin can - its 20 years old and indestructible.

> 3 dayI bought a second one because I really liked the first one. They are a nice size and very sturdy. The wheels are the best part.

> 3 dayI like the product for the interior design. However, the plaque that is bolted to keep the handle oin place broke off from the bag, and whatever ever held the wheels in place also broke detaching the bag from the metal frame from the bag altogether I had to tape the bag to the frame for a return trip. It cannot endure rough treatment from cargo handlers. it lasted on year and 4 international trips.

Greater than one weekPurchased the small version and have had the opportunity to travel with this and have found myself to like it, though not love it. The luggage itself is quite versatile and is perfect for a short trip. I can fit a weeks worth of summer clothes in to it without any issue and much bulging from the luggage; winter clothes, Im expecting there to be not too much space since they are bulkier clothes. I have used this luggage as a carry-on for domestic flights and even slightly overpacked, I have not had any issues with bringing it on board. I have also checked this bag before and have not had any issues with wear and tear from the conveyor belts. The wheels they have used are quality and I dont have any issue when dragging it through the airport. It is two wheeled, so I dont have the ability to swivel and can only pull. I do have a few issues with the luggage, mainly the zippers and the push button handle. The main zippers are quite sticky and are strong. You do need to use a bit of force in order to get it to unzip and then zip up. Also, the push button handle is finicky. You really need to press on the center of the handle in order for it to be released and then allow you to pull up the handle. Unfortunately, I always miss the center and try to pull up and then get stuck. The last issue I have is with the front compartment which allows you to see inside the bag. While it is convenient, I do have an issue since it does allow a thief to possibly get in to your other items. All said, I do like the luggage since it is small and durable and perfect for my short trips.

> 3 dayYes, its lightweight but the wheels just arent up to the rigors of travel. Theyre a wheel wrapped around a wheel affair. On my second trip with this bag one of the outer wheels stripped off, so the bag is unbalanced and is hard to pull. Timbuk2 doesnt have a replacement wheel in stock (seriously?) so I may have to wait weeks to get a replacement. Well, Im off to another trip by then -- so I replaced this defective luggage with a beautiful TravelPro Platinum Elite Hardside bag and it is beautiful. Should have bought it in the first place.

> 3 dayBought this for my husband, we love Ogio but we have issue with the wheels holding up. We have had this bag for over 6 months now and it has been about 75,000 miles flying with no problems.

> 3 dayStyling is great, I like the design/features. The non roller handles however are cloth and are already showing wear after one light usage.

> 3 dayI did a side-by-side comparison of the Timbuk2 Copilot with a much cheaper, similarly sized travel bag I own. The Timbuk2 costs four times as much, and clearly is the better of the two in every way. It is easy to access and organize ones belongings in the Copilot, and there are convenience features such as the small laptop or tablet sleeve, a zippered pouch near the top, and mesh compartments that allow for stowing like items together.
