Co-Pilot Luggage Roller Suitcase

Hard to get zipper round back,otherwise good

Purchased the small version and have had the opportunity to travel with this and have found myself to like it, though not love it. The luggage itself is quite versatile and is perfect for a short trip. I can fit a weeks worth of summer clothes in to it without any issue and much bulging from the luggage; winter clothes, Im expecting there to be not too much space since they are bulkier clothes. I have used this luggage as a carry-on for domestic flights and even slightly overpacked, I have not had any issues with bringing it on board. I have also checked this bag before and have not had any issues with wear and tear from the conveyor belts. The wheels they have used are quality and I dont have any issue when dragging it through the airport. It is two wheeled, so I dont have the ability to swivel and can only pull. I do have a few issues with the luggage, mainly the zippers and the push button handle. The main zippers are quite sticky and are strong. You do need to use a bit of force in order to get it to unzip and then zip up. Also, the push button handle is finicky. You really need to press on the center of the handle in order for it to be released and then allow you to pull up the handle. Unfortunately, I always miss the center and try to pull up and then get stuck. The last issue I have is with the front compartment which allows you to see inside the bag. While it is convenient, I do have an issue since it does allow a thief to possibly get in to your other items. All said, I do like the luggage since it is small and durable and perfect for my short trips.

Pro: perfect for my husband who only takes one suitcase regardless of how long of a trip. He was able to pack 8 days worth and really liked the quality.

I travel often and have had many, many roller bags. This is the last one I will ever have to buy. It is well designed to keep contents organized, yet easy to access. The bag rolls well on all surfaces and is very well constructed.

Worked great for a couple of years, but as a previous poster commented the build quality on the collapsible telascopic roller handle is poorly constructed. I noticed it starting to stick after year 1 and by year 2 it is broken and unusable as roller luggage. I am by not means the regular traveler. Probably used this luggage 15-20 times. And now Im shopping for a replacement. SUGGESTION: if you do purchase, DO NOT check this bag, as I suspect that is where I believe my handle took some impact as the handlers tossed it around.

Bought a couple bags from them. Supposed to be super sturdy. The extendable handle broke right in half. Instead of making it easy to file a warranty claim they have you jumping through hoops and require that you send the bag to them at which point we will decide whether the damage is covered by warranty. This despite the bags supposedly lifetime warranty. They sell replacement handles for $20, I asked them to just send one and have it over with. I will install it. No - you have to send the bag in for this determination of claim coverage. Furthermore, super rude customer service people. Bag is nice enough if the handle doesnt break. But, rude customer service and almost useless warranty have me giving these people 1 star.

Overall I really like the bag, but the construction lacks durability for the price. I was sold on the lifetime warranty and customer service, but when it came down to it, that did not exist. After 2 emails, 4 texts, 0 responses, and lugging my suitcase through the airport because of a broken handle, I gave up and bought a replacement part. I’ll look at more reliable brands in the future.

Great bag for a great price! High quality and holds a lot while still fitting easily in the overhead.
