My 9 year old has really enjoyed this software. Having only had previous experience with Scratch he was very interested in learning to code Java script and I believe this has given him a strong base. Thank you for a good product thag helps my son engage in his passion for learning to code.

My son and I have been working together through the lessons. In a short time, his grasp of coding concepts has vastly improved. We finished the Pong game and immediately set to tinkering, changing the graphics, sounds, etc in order to make it his own. In doing so, we both developed a better understanding of the code. We have finished the fish game, which before it was even done, had been changed into a scuba diving game including a graphic of my son as the diver! Every night he asks if we can do more coding. We have tried other courses, usually they end up being subscriptions to online forums. This is a complete course with individual lessons, excellent customer support and service and Seth, the owner, is as nice as they come. Highly recommended!

The program was challenging, which is EXACTLY what I was hoping for when I purchased it for our son (12). The many other classes hes taken have been fun, but not an intellectual stretch for him. With the help of this course, our son transformed a loosely-held extra-curricular activity into a serious personal pursuit, completing both the java game lessons & also his first ever HTML Website.

This product is great for kids as well as for adults! If you dont know anything about programming, this is a great start. If you know other programming language, this is still a great buy! My 9 year old watched my husband play around with the gaming software, and then he created games of his own with confidence. Younger kids who are comfortable with computers (so all kids these days, right?) will be fine with these instructions with a little guidance at first. Great product!

I have an 11 year old son that has really gotten into learning about java script, so I was excited for him to try this program out. He hasnt used it much as Id hoped he would, I think he got a little bogged down in some of the written instructions. But when he did get to the practice sections he seemed to enjoy it. I think as he gets into it more hell be able to learn a lot from this program. It seems to have a lot of depth as well as practical ways to apply what they learn. My son was also excited about the flash drive that was included.

I got this for my 10 year old that wants to be a gaming coder when he grows up. He has completed the first lesson and say it was easy to follow and is learning a lot (he is still interested in being a coder, so it cant be that bad). The kids growing up in todays world will need to know all the tecky stuff when it comes to electronics, so getting them more advance isnt a bad idea, especially if its what the want to go to college for. Very happy to be educating his brain while having fun. Very happy with this coding program.

As a homeschool mom with a techie wannable son, this program is fabulous. My son is really enjoying this program. Hes already completed the first game project. I, also, like that he can get live chat help. Definitely, two thumbs up for this program. I will be interested in any programs available. Thank you.

My 10yo daughter has had so much fun with this. She loves to brag that she has created her own video game. The game may be simple, but it sure impressed her younger siblings! At first, she was a little confused, but the way it is taught cleared up the confusion quickly. This would make a great gift for any kid that has a computer!
