> 3 dayThe vacuum is lightweight and is pretty powerful for its size. The design allows it to get into tight spaces and to stand on its own. Charging stand is very convenient. Charges fast and has enough battery capacity for a 2-be apartment. I bought 2 of these about the same time 18 month ago. One is still working fine. The other stopped charging, but the company replaced it in less than 2 weeks once I called their customer service. That’s the way to do business and to get loyal customers!

> 3 dayWas a fantastic vacuum for the price and functionality. Sadly it gave out after around 5 months. The handheld still works and it still charges, but the standup attachment has 2 issues: Lights dont come in Spinner no longer spins Gave it a deep cleaning to no avail. Found out one of the screws is corroded even though its never come into contact with any liquids. So my gut reaction is there was some sort of short somewhere thats when the electrical. Hoping to get it replaced via manufacturer. Pictures attached show both screws for comparison.

> 3 dayOur handheld vacuum died recently and I decided to get this 2-in-1 stand up/handheld to replace it. We’ve been using it for a few days and so far I’m very impressed! We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so this is extremely helpful to keep things clean around the house between our biweekly deep cleans with our full fledged vacuum cleaner. I was surprised/pleased with the auction power and the battery life. If you plan to use this as your only vacuum, I’d suggest seeking other options (you’d have to empty it a lot to do a whole house), but for quick pickups and spot cleaning I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

> 3 dayI have hardwood floors throughout my 1st and 2nd floor. I needed 3 things in a stick vac. 1. Lightweight 2. Great suction 3. Easy to recharge, long battery life, no reduction in power with battery is low. The Roomie Tec fits the bill - 5 stars for each of these. I take it up and down stairs every day and its extremely lightweight. LOVE IT! And it absolutely picks up what I need it to. The battery lasts a long time and it does not slow down when its getting low. It just stops. I love the charging stand, too. Its easy to set the vac on the base and there is a charging light which goes out when its charged. Charges fast, too! Here are a few other pros! Pros: 1. I dont like to see all the stuff swirling around in the canister. This one is dark enough I dont have to look at the yucky dog hair, etc. until I empty, which is a breeze! 2. It stands up on its own. 3. Easy to separate the handheld from the base. Attachment is awesome for upholstery. 4. Doesnt scratch my beautiful, 60-year-old hardwood flooring in my old farmhouse! Cons 1. Doesnt go flat to vacuum under the bed. 2. Better for small, lightweight messes So happy with this purchase. Ill share a personal reason, too! I have a nasty skin disease which causes my skin to flake off 10x faster than most people. With so much dark hardwood all around my house, sweeping this up was becoming very stressful. So, I invested in this vacuum to make this necessary task much easier and much less stressful. And I also have 2 dogs, one with long hair that sheds - this work great for that, too. Very happy with this purchase!

> 3 dayDetails Price : I paid $90 on Amazon Prime Day House type : We have hardwood floors on the mainfloor with a few rugs. Upstairs we have carpet. Dirt Level : We have 2 cats and a dog and while we are clean people they shed an impressive amount. Review Packaging: The vacuum comes in a surprisingly nice box and all the components are packaged up nicely. my vacuum came roughly 50% charged from what i could tell from the battery indicators. Usability: While the vacuum is light on attachments (you get just one), it is INCREDIBLY low profile. I was very shocked by the fact that i could run it completely under my king bed and it reaches places my Roomba struggles to get to. The light on the front of the vacuum is a godsend and makes it possible to vacuum without every light in your house on. It also shows you just how much hair and dust can hide in little places you may not be able to get with a larger vacuum. Suction: I think the suction is what i would classify as good enough. Its not going to surprise you by any means, but i never ran across anything it didnt pick up either so i have no complaints on hardwood floors. Its also quite nice for runners and other low pile rugs since it doesnt have so much suction it picks them up off the ground and mangles them. However if you have a thick rug or heavy carpet, i think you would be better off with a more traditional vacuum. Cleaning and Maintenance: I enjoy the fact that the filter is removable and washable. It makes it very easy to maintain. However i will say that emptying the dustbin is a bit more of a pain that i expected. its not hard exactly and once you have done it a few times you will never struggle with it, but if you want your 8 year old to do it you might have to help. I also wish the bin held a little more as if you have a lot of hair in the house you may be forced to empty it 2-3 times in a cleaning. Battery: I was able to clean the entirety of my apartment (1800 sq ft) in one charge with no problems. Unless the battery wears down quickly, i dont think there are any concerns about battery life. Final Thoughts: Im very impressed with this purchase and time will tell how the battery holds up but as for now i love the vacuum and it comes highly recommended.

> 3 dayI have been thinking about writing this review since I first used the vacuum, but thought I ought to give it some time to be sure. We are surrounded by many pine trees, and the floor is always covered with them. I have vacuumed almost every day to keep ahead of the needles and the dirt in the wake of two toddler grandchildren. I truly love everything about this product. It picks up my long hair and winds it into a neat bun (really). We have hardwoods and carpet, and it works great on both. Along with a rotating brush, there is a squeegee that picks up dust on the hard surfaces. Plus, it has a light that shows dirt on the floor. Its much easier on my back, because its lightweight and effective. One tip: I ended up buying an extra filter package (2 filters) so I can wash the sponge filter whenever I want. Were doing some construction, so I need to pick up some really fine dust. I like to rinse it all out. Did I say I love it? Its really well made, works great, and is light. Perfect.

> 3 dayAwesome little vacuum. My husband bought me one of these -different brand- at a yard sale several years ago and I loved that one but its starting to die. Was going to order the same one from Amazon but was so surprised at the price (not in a good way) that I kept looking. There isnt a lot of competition with these smaller vacs. When I came across this one I was immediately drawn to it for several reasons - lithium battery for starts, the lights which let you see every speck of crud on your floor, two power levels and the charging base - just pick it off the base and go!. Had to plug/unplug my other one every time I used it. Have had this vac for a week. Love everything about it. My other one is a real clunker compared to this one. Hardwood/laminate floors basically need vacuuming every day or two and this vac makes that job small and easy. Its lightweight and easily manuverable. By far beats having to haul out the big vac which is heavy, hard to get under the kitchen/dining room chairs, etc. This little one just zips around and under everything with the power it takes to suck up crumbs, dust or whatever is laying on the floor. It was a bit more expensive than some other ones but well worth the price. And its rare to have a company contact you and make sure youre satisfied but these guys do. Their attention was greatly appreciated. I just bought a new car and we all know how that goes - once you hand over the check you dont exist anymore. Update 03/01/2020 Still love this vacuum, but not for much longer. Had a problem with the charging base about 10 months after purchase. One of the base charger contact prongs collapsed downward which prohibited it from charging. Did a gerry-rig job on it and intended to contact manufacturer. Since it was charging I kind of forgot about it and when I did get in touch with them it was almost 8 weeks beyond the warranty. They were as congenial as when I first bought it. Asked for a few puctures, which I sent right away. They emailed me the next day stating their team could tell the base was defective and they were sending a replacement. Estimated arrival 10-12 business days. They are in Canada, Im in North Idaho- kinda like neighbors. I was beyond happy because I planned on dying with this vac. At 22 business days I re-contacted them to let them know I had not received the new base. They asked me to wait a few more days- said Canada Post was sort of slow. No problem. Waited another 10-12 days, still no package. Contacted them again, they assumed the package was lost and would be sending another. Please wait another 10-12 business days. Repeat first scenario. Another contact and I asked if they could track the package which they stated was more expensive. Third offer to send. Told them if they were jerking my chain for their entertainment purposes I wasnt appreciating it. If they had asked for the base to be returned I gladly would have sent it. If they had asked me to pay the postage I gladly would have. They asked for pictures, which they got. And you guessed right - third one never showed up either. So you might want to factor this into you decision to purchase or not. Failure at 10 months makes this vac a little expensive. Granted, I dragged my butt just outside the warranty period in contacting them. My mistake. But I would rather have heard Sorry lady, Cant help ya instead of being jerked around the block for 2+months. 4/19/2020 Had to bury it this weekend. First time in many years of shopping on Amazon I had to deal with a less than honest seller.

> 3 dayPurchased 20 months ago, it works well on hard and carpeted floors as well as the detachable hand unit. The led lights are very helpful. A month ago the lights and roller stopped working when swiveling to one side. After inspection I found that one of the wires in the lower swiveling unit was about to break. Contacted support since there is a 2 year warranty. They were very responsive although I had to follow up twice to find out the status. In less than a week I had a completely new unit at my door. I give it a thumbs up.

> 3 dayI ordered this cordless rechargeable vacuum because I have to vacuum everyday having pets that have long hair I like it but I wish it had more suction power to pick up the hair you have to seem to go over the carpet two or three times in the same spot to pick up pet hair. Other than that its an okay cordless vac.

> 3 dayEverytime I use this, it spits our what it picks up. Then if I try to use the small detachable, it spits out everything that was in it. What a mess!
