I liked pretty much everything about this PSU, no problems so far after a couple of weeks, very silent, doesnt heat up unnecessarily and no electrical problems of any kind. But I was disappointed by the fact that the PSU itself didnt come in a velvet bag as Ive seen it does in several unboxing videos of the same model. Not a big deal but that was a plus I was expecting.

Excellent build quality, Japanese caps, fan does not spin at all until temps reach a certain level, and a ten year warranty (my last PSU died JUST after the 5 year period was up!). Also, important is the fact the 4+4 EPS cable is long enough to reach all the way to the CPU pins in a full tower case - no extension required for my case. At $120 CDN this was an excellent deal for this much PSU.

My old XFX Platinum Pro 1000 Watt PSU died after the power went out twice while gaming, so after testing everything else I decided to order the Corsair PSU. It solved the problem and my five year old gaming system was purring like new again. The quality was excellent as was expected from a reputable company that Corsair is, I have their H100 AIO Liquid Cooler in my system and it has been working flawlessly these past five years. The modular cables come in a nice storage bag and they are braided and long enough to reach everything in a large full size tower case (CM 932 Adv with E-ATX MB installed).

The power supply was DOA. Amazon was horrible on the return. Amazon would not stand by their policy until I spoke with a supervisor and showed them their own return policy. I will no longer buy electronics through Amazon.

This PSU was DOA. The cables are also low quality considering the price.

Stopped working after two months. Very disappointed

It’s literally exactly what you think you’re getting. Cables come in a nice bag though, it was a nice surprise.

Whenever I wiggled the AC cord the power supply would shut down. Traced it down to a weak internal space connector. The AC movement was moving the back plate, which in turn was wiggling the internal connectors. Talk about poor quality.

Good psu havent had problems
