UPDATED)... So like i said, Heat, i was using it as a OS Drive and after a while i upgraded... it became a Storage drive, i was using a cheap SSD enclosure case and the cheap case with GLUE apparently holding it together melted all over it. it gets much more hot when its being used constantly. And it was Incompetence on my part that ended the thing.
