Missing pieces!

I would not trust this seller. As is the problem with a lot of Amazon products these days, the Computer had already been opened and returned once. After I decide I was going to go ahead a keep it. I put it together and found out why it was retuned the first time. The mouse and keyboard didnt work. There was nothing in their description that said this would be an open box or a second and I paid full price. Now Im going to waste more time boxing it back up and returning it again.

Purchased as an all in one computer. Thus far, everything is in order.

I purchased this to replace an older Dell AIO that Microsft update killed. This is much faster with a slightly larger screen. It has a 1TB Solid State Drive instead of the small 256 or 512 SSD and a slow Hard Drive. I have only had it a few days but so far it is very nice. I was able to remove the hard drive and retrieve all the data that was on the old dead computer. I would say buy this if you are looking for a good home computer.

I do not have a touch screen, and I am happy about this. The PC was cheaper and if you are older with a shakier hand this is a plus. If you are a gamer, this is not for you. But for the rest of us mere mortals, this is a powerful PC. It is relatively easy to set up. I am still tweaking it. Although moving things from Windows 7 can be difficult. The con is all those ads, but I am working on it.

love the actual computer. The keyboard and mouse are another issue. Apparently they work in tandem, as there is only one dongle that connects both. Well, yes, I spilled a small amount of coffee on part of the keyboard, and it went bonkers. I have had my share of wireless keyboards, and none has ever reacted like that. Which rendered the computer useless, untill I found another wireless keyboard stashed in a closet. The next day, the mouse went ape, not only that, but until i took out the dongle for the mouse, the new keyboard would not work. Now I have a logitech keyboard and mouse, and they are doing just fine. Something this expensive should have better peripherals.

Just received my new computer...everything looks great however I couldnt use the keyboard due to the usb connector being missing. You would think that at this price there would have been quality control. Good thing I have an alternative keyboard that I was able to use.

I like thi computer it is fast and easy to setup. The only bad thing I have to say is the keyboard and mouse provided are both a piece of junk.

Needed to upgrade an old Dell. This one had the best specs for the price. Easy to setup and use. I dont really use the touch screen. The screen quality is good. But certainly not as good as other AIO that cost twice much. Its an everyday computer for basic home use. Not being used as a multi media device. Very fast startup. Didnt come bloated with useless apps.

hit the road running out of the box. so far no problems, great screen, bright and clear, very fast recommended.
