Greater than one weekI purchased this to replace an older Dell AIO that Microsft update killed. This is much faster with a slightly larger screen. It has a 1TB Solid State Drive instead of the small 256 or 512 SSD and a slow Hard Drive. I have only had it a few days but so far it is very nice. I was able to remove the hard drive and retrieve all the data that was on the old dead computer. I would say buy this if you are looking for a good home computer.

> 3 daylove the actual computer. The keyboard and mouse are another issue. Apparently they work in tandem, as there is only one dongle that connects both. Well, yes, I spilled a small amount of coffee on part of the keyboard, and it went bonkers. I have had my share of wireless keyboards, and none has ever reacted like that. Which rendered the computer useless, untill I found another wireless keyboard stashed in a closet. The next day, the mouse went ape, not only that, but until i took out the dongle for the mouse, the new keyboard would not work. Now I have a logitech keyboard and mouse, and they are doing just fine. Something this expensive should have better peripherals.

> 3 dayNeeded to upgrade an old Dell. This one had the best specs for the price. Easy to setup and use. I dont really use the touch screen. The screen quality is good. But certainly not as good as other AIO that cost twice much. Its an everyday computer for basic home use. Not being used as a multi media device. Very fast startup. Didnt come bloated with useless apps.

> 3 dayThis has been a terrific purchase. It is very fast and the setup was very easy. I like that there is no lag when working with multiple things at the same time. It is a great value for the money. I also like that both the keyboard and mouse are wireless and quickly pair to machine.

> 3 dayMy old all-in-one desktop worked fine, but was getting sloooower and slooower. I keep tons of files in the cloud and it was taking the computer 10 minutes to sync everything before I could really use it. Time to move on. I purchased the Dell all-in-one based upon specs and reviews. I am happy with the purchase with caveats. I got the performance I wanted. It boots up and syncs all my cloud storage in like a minute. Every application I use, including multiple browers, just sails. I am very happy with the overall performance. My issues: The screen at 27 needs to be 4K. The pixelation is just awful. Some text looks like its on a monitor from the 1990s. Also, the screen is advertised as being anti-glare. I have mirrors that dont work as well as this monitor. It is anything but anti-glare. My old all-on-one is sitting next to this one right now with zero reflections on the screen. On this one, I can see everything behind me. Its going to give me a few headaches. The keyboard and mouse, in my opinion, are awful. I switched out the dongle with my old PC and now have a several year old keyboard and mouse that are far better. Unfortunately, the person who buys my old PC used will get the new ones meant for this computer.

> 3 dayGot the computer all set up and tried to turn it on and nothing. Lights blinked but the monitor didnt turn on. Called Dell they said by the white and yellow blinking light pattern they could tell the motherboard was bad. Tried to get a replacement one from Amazon and they said all I could do is return it for a refund.

Greater than one weekIll start off by saying that im no computer expert by any means. ive had gaming computers in the past built by my husband. im fairly savvy when it comes to electronics, but im by no means an expert on specs and what not. i recently started making hand made items to sell, and i needed a new computer to keep track of inventory, expenses, etc. i have my gaming computer set up downstairs in the basement, but i needed something in my craft room so i didnt have to run up and down the stairs while trying to make stuff on my computer. this was the perfect solution. I loved that it was all in one and would sit up on my desk and i didnt have to have the tower sitting on my floor under the desk. This has way more plug in slots on it than i would have thought it would. i was able to plug in a set of better speakers, and i plugged a second monitor into this as well. I also have my cricut machine hooked up to this, and a thermal printer for printing shipping labels. I also have a large light up mouse pad and was able to plug that into it as well. Overall im really happy with my experience with this computer so far. The screen quality is good. I wish it had 4k. For the price, and in this day and age, I would think itd be 4k. But thats not a deal breaker. The images on the screen when watching videos or movies is still really crisp and clear. I like the touchscreen aspect of it, even though i dont use it all that often. im mostly sitting down using the mouse and keyboard that come with this. Overall i like the keyboard. its rather light and the buttons feel nice while clicking away. The mouse on the other hand, id rather have a mouse that had the side buttons on it. just for curiosities sake i did try out some games on this machine. and it does do surprisingly well. i played a few games of fortnite, and my daughter has played roblox on this a couple of times. and there was no issue playing these online games. im not sure that it could handle much more than games like this. but for simple games it does really well. overall im really happy with this all in one pc. it is the first pc like this ive had, but i really have few complaints about it.
