> 3 dayThe screen size is nice but the resolution is not high enough for the size. Should be 4K, twice what it is. This results in hard to read small characters. The keyboard is a flimsy POC, as is the mouse. The keyboard only lasted about 10 days. Spent 3 hours on the phone doing inane troubleshooting with Dell support trying to get them to send a new keyboard. (Dell management should call their own support and see what their customers experience.) We hope they are finally sending one. The bottom line is that we will NEVER purchase another Dell product.

> 3 dayBefore buying, I always read reviews. There were good and bad reviews for this product. After receiving, setup, and installing the keyboard and mouse, I am thrilled with my purchase. I have not had any negative issues. The mouse and keyboard were very easy to connect and use. The screen is awesome with the colors and clarity. I’ve only had it for a short time but I would definitely recommend this computer.

> 3 dayThe product description included conflicting information that is inaccurate. Computer sent was not a touch screen and did not contain 32 GB of ram. It was a totally different computer than the one listed. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Greater than one weekI would not trust this seller. As is the problem with a lot of Amazon products these days, the Computer had already been opened and returned once. After I decide I was going to go ahead a keep it. I put it together and found out why it was retuned the first time. The mouse and keyboard didnt work. There was nothing in their description that said this would be an open box or a second and I paid full price. Now Im going to waste more time boxing it back up and returning it again.

> 3 dayThis has been a terrific purchase. It is very fast and the setup was very easy. I like that there is no lag when working with multiple things at the same time. It is a great value for the money. I also like that both the keyboard and mouse are wireless and quickly pair to machine.
