> 3 dayI already had a dominion: intrigue set which is playable by itself. But this original dominion set is absolutely worth getting, very replayable. All the cards here are nice and reliable, and mix well with any other expansion that you already have in order to create more variety. My only real criticism is that the attack cards in this set are a little boring.

> 3 dayThis is a fun game but we were sent a set that is missing a number of the randomizer cards. Very annoying to be missing cards and there doesnt seem to be an option to just be sent replacement cards to fix the set

> 3 dayI absolutely love this game. I wish it was for more players without having to buy an expansion, but it’s fine. It is so easy to play, compared to other deck builders. I love that the box has little separators to keep all of the cards organized, because I am crazy about keeping my games in order.

> 3 dayIve first played this game at a friends house last summer and thought it was a great deck building card game. I purchased this for Christmas for my girlfriend since she likes these types of games, but some cards were missing. We recounted all of the cards multiple times, compared to the count per the guide inside the box, and noticed that we were missing 1 Poacher, 1 Remodel, 1 Sentry, and 8 Smithy cards.

> 3 dayI played a friends version and decided to buy my own. Cards came in multiple plastic wrapped units and needed to be sorted upon arrival. The game comes with a nice insert to organize your cards. Cards are thick and crisp and felt like they will last a long time. The instructions are quite clear and at the end, it contains multiple different combinations to play with the base set in addition to combinations possible with the expansions. I would recommend this version over the original as a few of the bad/useless cards in the original have been replaced with more interesting choices. Great game!

> 3 dayThis is an excellent edition of a fantastic game. Dominion is the first deck-builder and it is nice to see it get a touch up. I say touch up because thats really all this is. 6 cards were removed and 7 cards were added. The 6 that were removed were ultimately not useful cards once you purchased a couple of expansions. Without getting too complex, the cards intended purposes became irrelevant, diluted, or not very efficient with most of the cards and abilities added in later expansions. With that being said if you plan on only playing the base game then there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with purchasing the 1st edition. Youll love it and have a blast.

> 3 dayPurchased a used copy while it looked like the game was unopened once the gift was opened. It became clear that many cards were severely bent and damaged. The black card holder was also crushed and unusable
