> 3 dayLong story here, but our front door has a lever door handle and no deadbolt. My two year old figured this out a few months ago and has been escaping the house and heading toward the street. No more! This lever lock is great because my older child can lift the handle up while the younger one cant reach it, so it works for everyone. I didnt think I would care that the top and bottom pieces swivel separately, but it turns out to be the best part.

> 3 dayI bought these after multiple attempts (by my toddler) to play in the toilet. These work and keep the baby out of rooms you don’t want them just walking into

Greater than one weekI was skeptical it would not hold. My son is strong and very persistent but the adhesive is great and does the job!

> 3 dayI put the first one on my bathroom door. My daughter has autism and ADHD and not only does she get into EVERYTHING, but playing in the water at the bathroom sink and washing her hands incessantly is one of her stims. So she would get into my bathroom and run the water nonstop but also get into all my makeup and destroy it and my bathroom. This put a stop to my little Tasmanian Devil of a daughter doing her things, her way, instead of not doing what mom says. That, and it is going to save my sanity, money and labor. Super easy to apply, sticking very well so far but its only been a week. My daughter is 3 and shes very intelligent. She cant figure this out, and even if she could, she hasnt developed the strength it takes to push the button in. I have carpal and orbital tunnel syndrome and have to get surgery for it so I suffer from weakness in my hands, pain, and a loss of function. Im still able to work this thing, myself, but she wont be able to for awhile. Any additional hassle it causes, just to get in the bathroom door, is well worth it for the much greater hassles it spares us. I love my daughter and dont like feeling frustrated with her. This is a great positive relationship tool as a mischief deterrent for miscreants. With all the time it saves I might even have time for a long Calgon take me away! bath now! If only it worked for everything and they sold magic wands for that! If you have lever doors and similar challenges, save yourself and get this. It will work!
