I havent put the product to use yet but I do a bunch of rafting trips in Alaska. And have used a bunch of different bags and will say these appear to be built every bit as good. Or better than many of the more expensive brands.

Bought this for a week long fishing trip to Alaska. Kept all rain and splashes out. This was exactly what I needed. I recommend this item without reservation.

This is the best bag I have ever bought I actually use it on my motorcycle i travel and female and I overpack. I Ride a Can Am With new saddlebags in it attaches to my backseat perfectly it is so durable I ride through all storms in weather and has never leaked awaited to purposely write this review until I had it in used it several times I need to find more in different sizes for when Im not packing for several days I would love to have a smaller bag but I have the giant one For when I go away for several days or more This really is a fantastic bag you can use it as a book bag you can tie it down you can use it for everything my daughter even borrowed it and used it on an aeroplane she wished it had a zipper I personally like the fact that it does not and it rules down because it seals itself and I think thats better than a zipper I dont think it would keep water out if it did not

I love the bright yellow color and material. Plus, it arrived much earlier than promised! I purchased this bag (40l) to be our boat bag--grab and go or leave on the boat and not worry about the items getting wet. Our boat bag holds items that are always needed on the boat without having to pack, unpack, and repack each time. I like the outside pockets...just wished it had some organization inside, but I knew this before purchasing it. I use smaller bags/containers/baggies to help organize the variety of items.

I needed a waterproof bag since I commute on a motorcycle in the PNW. I didnt want to pay a lot of money on a motorcycle companys bag, so I went with SaK. So far, this bag does everything I need it to. I carry school books, change of clothes, shoes, and other misc. stuff back and forth every day and nothing has gotten wet. This product combined with ROK straps makes taking this off and putting it back on a breeze. If the bag holds up this winter, I will also purchase a backpack from Sak, as well. The color also matched my bike pretty well.

This bag is excellent quality and despite my comments below, I have ZERO regrets for purchasing this. I purchased the 40L version as my referee gear bag, and it has plenty of room for all of my gear plus my winter jacket (when Im out on the field working). Easy to clean if it gets muddy. There are a number of small refinements I would make if I manufactured this, however Im likely not the typical consumer for this bag. 1. I wish it had bigger pockets - both inside and the external ones. Also, if I compare it to the dry bags I use for scuba, it would be really nice to have some Velcro on opposing sides of the top of the closure to help it stay closed. 2. Also, Ill echo another reviewers comment - why only 2 D-rings on opposing handles? Im sure it would bring the price up minimally to add the other 2, and the added flexibility would be great. 3. Last small refinement - there is a set of straps that buckle across the top of the bag. Well, the male ends are on the same side of the bag (and the female ends on the other side, obviously). It would be super-awesome if they put one male and one female on the same side, so that when they arent strapped over the top of the bag, they can be connected on the (same) side of the bag such that they dont dangle and swing all over the place. You *can* connect them around the ends of the bag, but you cant really cinch them up without wrecking integrity of the flatness (and therefore seal) of the opening at the top...so they still flop around. Again, these are just refinements. The bag is otherwise perfect - nothing gets wet, even in sideways rain. One of the things I love is when all the other referees are messing with putting their bags inside garbage bags to stay (somewhat) dry, and theres mine looking great and not trashy (pun not intended, but works anyway).

Duffel seams to be well made. I purchased the smaller bag and it’s still large enough to hold all my gear. I love that I can open the bag and easily locate the item I need. Only 4 stars at this time because I’ve not taken it on the river yet!

I dont review products often. This bag has exceeded all expectations, and is still 100% after 5 years of abuse. I work, play, and travel in marine environments. Minimal wear and tear and I dont baby it. Overall size, quality, and design are top-notch. I frequently get compliments and always recommend it. Bravo Sak Gear!

I’m very please with the quality construction of the bag. I have not had it in water yet. I have a 2,000 mile motorcycle trip planned and I purchased the bag to hold my camping gear. A test run shows me that it will hold all my camping gear (smaller, light weight equipment intended for motorcycle travel, hiking with backpack...). There is plenty of room to securely roll the top to keep water out. I have added reflective tape to all four sides for safety. I purchased yellow as a safety consideration. Each handle is stitched to the bag in two places. I was surprised that a D ring was only at one of those points. The 2 D rings are at opposite ends of the handles, so I can see that there’s a benefit to that when it comes time to attach it to the bike. I don’t know why they didn’t use four? Why not place a D ring at the end of each handle on both sides? I can’t see that it would add considerable cost. It would add convenience and options when it comes time to put it on the bike. It would also give a back up D ring in the event one should break. It seems to be made of quality materials with quality construction. I can’t wait to put it to use!

So if you fill the bag up the straps on the side hold the opening closed, but if you only have a couple things in the bag and still want a water tight seal you cant hold the folds in the opening down because the straps cant cinch down enough. I dont know if that makes sense or not but they should have located the buckle closer to the bottom of the bag. youll notice when you snug it up as tight as you can it still barely is tight enough with a full bag. I took this on several river trips and it worked ok because i had a lot of stuff. if you check alibaba you can find this same bag. if your going to private label with some fancy swedish sounding name at least test the bag once and make minor adjustments. its obvious the chinese company just copied what they thought was good enough and then this company cut corners and are selling a quite frankly sub par product.
