> 3 dayGreat bag for traveling light through Europe in the rain. Strap clips were plastic, and seemed to be straining under the weight of the bag, but that was my only real issue. There was no failure, would recommend.

Greater than one weekWe gave this bag as a birthday gift to our son, who is fixing up a sailboat & will be spending a lot of time on the water. It is an excellent design, with all kinds of buckles and straps that can be adjusted, plus 2 outside pockets for small things you might need to get at right away (like wallet, cell phone, etc.); also a window for I.D. The inside has more room than youd think. In taking it over to him, I put my own small daypack inside, a rather large camera bag, my purse, a cloth bag with my knitting in it, an extra bulky jacket, several other clothing items, a cheesecake, some blackberry sauce, and a bottle of brandy (!). I admit, I almost sent it back to exchange for a different color, because I find it difficult to find dark things in a dark bag - but our son preferred the black, so Im glad we kept it. He was really grateful. So important to have dry clothes and bedding! Many thanks to the Sak Gear people, who obviously care about making a quality product and about customer service!

> 3 dayA quality bag that has plenty of space to store your kit. Built to last and keeps everything bone dry.

> 3 dayI have not water tested this bag yet so while the design and closing feature mimics other dry bags I am expecting it to perform as advertised. There are 3 permanent black marks on the bag which appear to be manufacturing defects and normally would classify this product as a second but I like the size and overall construction.

Greater than one weekI’m concerned about the Id pocket as a weak spot and potential leaks

> 3 dayI’m very please with the quality construction of the bag. I have not had it in water yet. I have a 2,000 mile motorcycle trip planned and I purchased the bag to hold my camping gear. A test run shows me that it will hold all my camping gear (smaller, light weight equipment intended for motorcycle travel, hiking with backpack...). There is plenty of room to securely roll the top to keep water out. I have added reflective tape to all four sides for safety. I purchased yellow as a safety consideration. Each handle is stitched to the bag in two places. I was surprised that a D ring was only at one of those points. The 2 D rings are at opposite ends of the handles, so I can see that there’s a benefit to that when it comes time to attach it to the bike. I don’t know why they didn’t use four? Why not place a D ring at the end of each handle on both sides? I can’t see that it would add considerable cost. It would add convenience and options when it comes time to put it on the bike. It would also give a back up D ring in the event one should break. It seems to be made of quality materials with quality construction. I can’t wait to put it to use!

> 3 daySo the bag is very nice and exactly what I needed. The constitution and materials are very nice I’m just concerned about how thin the bag material is. I’ve had many coated bags that were very rugged because of the thick waterproof material. I hope this bag is as durable

> 3 dayThese feel great and seem high quality! Good straps and comfortable to carry. We have used them a few times for winter camping but havent capsized on a river trip since we got them so they havent really been put to the real test, but from all appearances they will be great! After a bit of use dont smell terribly like chemicals like some flexible rubberized products.
