> 3 dayThis thing is really effective and does an amazing job of picking up my black lab’s dog hair! Battery lasts more than long enough for what I need to use it for. It’s not cheap but it’s definitely worth it!

> 3 dayI love it! I have two under fifteen pounds poodle mix fur babies so hardly any shedding. But I live off an unpaved road so the dust is neverending and this is a huge life saver.

> 3 dayI trust dyson, I dont trust Amazon. Last few reclviews echo the same problem Im having. Internal chamber was already cloudy from use when i got it and the battery failed according to Dyson support. Definitely shady trying to sell used, broken products. And Im not going to use up my warranty on a product I used for all of 2 minutes so back to Amazon it goes. Buy from a store. Dont waste your time.

> 3 dayGreat vacuum! It is marketed for pet hair, but obviously it vacuum everything else very well. Tip for longer battery life, try to use on low and medium suction and empty as soon as the canister is full.

> 3 dayThis vacuum is POWERFUL. Love the battery life and the 3 power levels. We have hardwood on the main level and carpet upstairs. I feel like this vac, on the highest setting, sucks up just as much as our corded Shark Professional vac that we keep upstairs for the carpet. Please note that the motorbar cleaner head it comes with can scratch hardwoods, so its recommended to get the soft roller head attachment if you will be using it on hardwoods.

> 3 dayWe previously had a Dyson V8 that developed battery issues. We loved the V8 for the 4 years that we used it - after the battery died, I tried an off brand battery that only lasted a few months. I was hesitant to get another Dyson - I bought and subsequently returned a Sharp (awkward balance, cheap attachments). So glad we then bought the V10 - what a difference! Smooth operation, improved battery life (or at least that’s the claim - too early to tell), pet hair pickup is amazing and quality attachments. After being reminded what quality products Dyson provides I’m going to try to repurpose the V8 in the basement using a Dyson battery.

> 3 dayI have been using a Dyson V7 vacuum for years and have been quite happy with it. I have even replaced the battery a few times. But it was finally time for an upgrade, so I ordered this new V10 model. I could tell as soon as I took it out of the box that it has much more power than my V7. The battery lasts a lot longer as well. This vacuum is equally at home on carpet or hardwood floors. You can also use it as a handheld vacuum to clean your car or get into tight spaces. With my V7 I would get frustrated that the battery would sometimes die before I was finished cleaning, so I would have to wait for it to recharge so I could continue. But I have never had that problem with this V10 since the battery lasts so long. Dyson vacuums are expensive, but at least in the case of the V10 I think its worth the cost. I highly recommend this model based on my experience with it so far.

> 3 dayBrand new right out of the box the battery wont charge. contact Dyson for help, they say battery is bad and now I have to wait two more weeks to get a new battery. I opted for return of item as I am now un-impressed and have no faith in Dyson vacuums (how can they send out bad batteries with brand new stuff) especially when you are paying this much for their product ($428.00) would give no stars as we could not even try to use it.

> 3 dayPros: -it picks up dust, dirt, and hair my old vacuum couldn’t, like an embarrassing amount -stays charged long enough to vacuum my whole house -works great on hardwood, linoleum, and carpet -easy to empty canister -easy to use -easy to navigate, get underneath furniture -comes with different attachments -works great as vacuum and as handheld Cons: -the suction on this thing is insane, which is great for cleaning, but takes a little manpower to move it along carpet. I could see how this would be hard to use for someone without much upper body strength I absolutely recommend this!
