Dyson Vacuum Motorhead (For V11)

Ho ricevuto questa spazzola testata 45 secondi al massimo rimessa subito nella sua scatola perché molto rumorosa avviato procedura di reso dopo pochi minuti dalla ricezione. quella originale non fa tutto quel frastuono/rumore simile a un macinacaffè. La procedura di reso in questo caso è stata molto costosa ben 10€. A rendere ancora piu snervante questa situazione ce da dire che forse mi verrà restituita solo una parte del denaro perché il venditore ha detto che non potrà piu venderlo come nuovo se troppo usurato (ma se la scopa fa rumore e quindi a mio avviso difettosa perché dovrei pagare un oggetto difettoso?). Il mio consiglio è di non acquistare da venditori esterni ad Amazon se vi arriva merce non conforme poi sono grattacapi per riavere indietro i soldi .stare alla larga da prezzi troppo convenienti. Ho messo una stella perché la scopa fa troppo rumore. Mai piu acquisti da venditori non di Amazon non e affatto piacevole mettersi in affari con loro

Ho recentemente acquistato per sostituire il Dyson Torque Motorhead per il mio aspirapolvere Dyson V11 e sono stato estremamente impressionato per le sue prestazioni. Il motore di coppia è incredibilmente potente e fa un ottimo lavoro di pulizia profonda dei tappeti e la rimozione di sporco incorporato e detriti. Linstallazione della Motorhead è semplice e veloce, si aggancia in modo sicuro e si integra perfettamente con il modulo V11. La qualità costruttiva è di primordine, come ci si aspetterebbe da Dyson. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente la Dyson Torque Motorhead per chiunque abbia un aspirapolvere Dyson V11. Si tratta di un aggiornamento significativo alla testa Motorhead standard che viene fornito con il V11 e porterà le prestazioni di pulizia al livello successivo.

Replacement for beater brush

Leider ist die Bürste defekt und einen Garantieanspruch zu erstellen ist nicht möglich. Komme von einer Infoseite zur anderen. Wahrscheinlich bin ich für die Anspruchstellung der Garantie einfach nur zu blöd.

This motorhead is the third one I have purchased now. They are designed so poorly out of cheap plastic that they end up breaking. The motor that spins the head eventually will fail causing you to have to replace this motorhead. As this is the third motorhead I have purchased and the vacuum does not even get used daily this is a poor design and Dyson should not be charging the amount for a product they know is defective.

Purchased in June and stopped working today.

It is a little pricy, but it works great, feels much better than old original one that we replaced (maybe just because it is new).

We have both a Dyson V8 and V10 for different locations. Each has its advantages. All the attachments we have used are completely interchangeable. One of the motor heads broke and although it had probably been used back and forth between the two vacuums I was able to determine it was the older V8s unit. So it had a reasonably long life span. I tried to fix it but Dyson makes this very difficult and as most of you know, replacements parts are absurdly expensive. I called Dyson and was told the replacement parts are out of stock and they did not know when (or if) they would be available again. The Dyson sales person offered no alternative. This did not give me a lot of confidence about buying Dyson products in the future. However, Amazon has plenty of these replacement parts available and it became a matter of determining which one to get. (Dyson makes your head spin with many different part numbers for what seems like the same part and never specifies any distinction.) After spending quite a bit of time researching online I decided the high torque motorhead from the V11 would fit my vacuums and perhaps be an upgrade. Since the price was pretty much the same as the older parts it seemed like a no-brainer, particularly with Amazons great return policy. My only concern was reading reviews saying people received small motorheads, something I most certainly did not want. My package arrived the next day in a box labeled as a Dyson original part #: 970100-05. Inside was exactly the part I hoped for, the same width as the original V10 (and V8) motorhead. It was not labeled high torque as some photos show but had the 3-position switch on the front that controls airflow. When looking at the label with the tiny print on the back I found what I believe to be the most important difference between the regular and high torque model. On my V10 (and V8) cleaner heads the label notes the voltage as 16.2 VDC and the wattage as 50. (There is no English head so Im providing an educated guess on what the numbers means.) On the new model being reviewed here the volt and watt numbers are 17.2 and 100, respectively. So the new head has double the wattage. The new unit has a different color roller brush (same dimensions) and also a rubberized cover on the back rather than the more open area when dirt and debris gets stuck. To my ears the new one seems to run very slightly quieter and the switch intended for different surfaces makes a significant difference in how the motorhead operates depending on whether its cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc. Overall I am very happy with this purchase in every area except for Dysons excessive pricing. Still, I paid about $25 less on Amazon than Dyson charges directly and received my item far more quickly.
