Dyson continues to get worse and worse. Their vacuums will not last and their support is horrendous. Secondly, try ordering supplies. Anything available is purchased through a reseller where they price gouge their customers. I’m pretty much done with Dyson and been a long time loyal customer up to now.

Purchased a non dyson head previously and it was a false economy. Although expensive this dyson motorhead is way better.

was sent a used dirty head which didnt even work! check the seller, mine was spares-2-go. returned and bought from dyson officially for much less!
