> 24 hourI tried to reach the seller, but the phone number has a mailbox that is full and cant take new messages; so the customer services is bad. Ive only had this machine for a month. After taking it out of the box I used a heat gun to test the temp. It was running 8 degrees hotter, so I dialed it back and made due. However, with each successive use, its just getting worse. Today the left side was 10 degrees colder than the setting, the the middle was fairly accurate, and the right side was 10 degree to hot. So nothing I made would come out right because one side was overcooked and one side was undercooked. You get what you pay for. Im done buying things like this on the internet. Im going to shop local where there is still some customer service and companies who guarantee their products. Sending this one back.

> 24 hourI researched heat presses for months, MONTHS I TELL YOU. Took in recommendations from other crafters or see a post on the crafting sites on Facebook. I took a chance at getting this one and I LOVE it!!! When you first turn it on there is a smell but it soon goes away after 2 or 3 uses. I think its what you would call the brand new smell. I love the fact that when your timer is done an alarm goes off to let you know to take the item off the press if youve got your back turned working on other things. When the press is on it will heat an intire room so I would suggest having a fan if youre in a small room to keep the room cool and to keep it away from children. They will reach up and put their hand between the plates to see where the heat is coming from.

> 24 hourI was intimidated to use a heat press and had previously only used an iron to make t-shirts. I love this machine! It is very easy to use. I am glad I made the purchase. It is a sturdy made machine and I made my first large order, 35 shirts, and it was a breeze!

> 24 hourSo far I really love this machine. It’s a bit heavy but that’s expected. The instructions were very minimal. I have to use google to figure out that my pressure was too high and that’s why I couldn’t get it back open without using some muscle. I really don’t like that when I click it down to lock it, there’s a screw that it hits and it makes a loud noise. No avoiding that. Otherwise easy to use. Well worth the money. I bought the 3 yr warranty that was recommended. I noticed a chemical smell using it which I’m guessing is considered the burn off. I used it right out of the box and didn’t notice issues with my shirts.

> 24 hourI love my heat press...however I am noticing that it is starting to turn sideways...not sure why its pff centered now, and I am not sure how to fix it, but I enjoy it and it works great.

> 24 hourIve had this for a couple of years now, and I have to say...im not sure its the best quality. For a super beginner, I would say it does a fine job, but once you are working with different materials (polyester and heat sensitive clothing, etc) you may find that there is too much variation in temperature across the platens. I have to have my infrared thermometer handy to really use this anymore. There is SO much variation in temperature that I may set it for 315 degrees and find it to be only 275 degrees in some places, while its 325 in others! That has led to a lot of damaged pieces and frustration for me. Also, the smell that this thing creates every time I turn it on is a bit worrisome. Not sure if I just got a defective one, or what. Obviously it has been too long for me to do anything about it, but I will definitely need to look into other brands for the next one. Also, I would just recommend making sure you always unplug when you arent using it. I just dont trust the safety of this heat press.

> 24 hourFinally got a chance to unbox and try out the heat press during the Presidents day holiday. It was a little trial and error in heating up the heat press because the instructions were poor. However, I was able to make a T-Shirt and it turned out great so overall I am happy with my purchase and look forward to many uses. I absolutely love my shirt.

> 24 hourIve had so much fun using this machine. So far Ive done mask, ornaments, t-shirts, and dishcloths. And Ive recently ordered mouse pads, earings, and other items. Images come out nice and crisp. Because it can do so many crafts, the sky is the limit for crafters. Heats up quick too. It is a little hard to clamp down, but Im just your average girl and I can do it. Highly recommend for beginners who want to dabble with sublimation.
