******BUYER BEWARE!!!! This heat press is trash! Don’t waste your money by buying it! The temperature is off by 93°. I use it for sublimation so if I try to use it at 400° it literally BURNS my shirts. I have to set it to 320° and even that is pushing it. Another problem I have with it is that it doesn’t have even pressure. I get a good press for 3/4 of my shirts but the top of them are never pressed right and look really faded there. See image for example. The customer service is a HUGE reason to stay FAR away from this product. I wanted to replace my heat press but going through the normal motions wasn’t giving me the option so I had to contact Amazon. Amazon told me that the seller fulfilled my purchase and that I would have to reach out to them or they told me that I could return it and promised to have my money back to me within 3 days because I just opened a business and can’t go without a heat press. When I contacted the seller, they told me I needed to contact Amazon to get the replacement. So round and round I went until I finally sent the seller a screenshot of what Amazon said. The seller told me I needed to send them my heat press back and that they would send me a new one which would take them a few WEEKS! I tried to explain that I don’t have weeks. I can’t go without a heat press but the seller did not care one single bit. They were rude, they had no “customer service”. So now I’m just going to be stuck with a crap heat press that doesn’t work right because this seller couldn’t care less and doesn’t want to back their product. When I first reached out to this seller about my heat press having uneven pressure and having the wrong temperature they told me that unless I bought a temperature gun they couldn’t do anything to help me.

So simple to set up. Just let it heat up after I turned it on. And got right to pressing shirts. Very simple to use. Messaged the manufacturer for help and got a response within an hour. They were super helpful. Cant ask for better.

This product is great for pressing shirts and hats, it comes all ready put together so no need to put together piece by piece. This heat press heats up quickly and gets the job done, It comes with easy to use instructions so dont worry. this is definitely the heat press you want if your starting a T-Shirt business.

I ordered this heatpress do to the hype of everyone saying how amazing it is... well let me start off by saying that it’s not all what it’s worked up to be. First, I had to use lubricant to even move the pressure dial because it wasn’t budging. Secondly, it has major cold spots. When I press my screens, I have to rotate my shirt multiple ways before I get everything pressed down evenly. Thirdly, when you have it on heavy pressure, there no where for you to touch using your second hand. You have to use two hands to open this or when you pull the handle it lifts the whole press. The good thing is that it tells you when the timer goes off and auto starts the timer as well. Oh, and on the handle, it has a squishy grib that my old press didn’t have.

This press comes to heat quickly. It is easy to set the temperature and timer. I appreciate the alarm that notifies you when the timer reaches zero.

So I am a member of a plethora of craft sites online and EVERYONE owns a heat press. They all have their favorites and to be honest it was a bit overwhelming. Some dont have Fahrenheit, some beep constantly, some have incorrect temps. Well I purchased this press and am so glad I did. Doesnt beep until the timer is actually done. Pull the handle down until it clicks and your good to go. Comes with a teflon sheet. Perfect instructions on how to set up and use. No burn off time (some heat presses recommend to burn off at a high temp outside due to a strong odor coming off the plate for the first use, but not this press!). I love it! Took about a week and a half after getting it shipped but it is perfect and presses HTV perfectly. Thanks!

Does its jobs. I suggest putting on a solid table or something. I used this on a fold up table and it does bounce a bit when I release the press. When I use on solid wood and works like a charm. I takes a bit to warm up, nothing crazy long but 5 or so mins to get to my temp at 330. I recommend it.

Only used a few tims but so far no issues other than the Teflon sheet that came with it ripped after 2 uses because of a crease that was in the sheet. I contacted the company and they sent me 2 new teflon sheets to replace it! Great customer service! So far im satisfied!!

If you own a Cricut maker you must have this. It’s a great value it works fabulous. I have one and my daughter got a Cricut for Christmas so we bought her the same press also bear money spent

Heats in decent time. Isnt too heavy. Doesnt warm the room up. Does have an odd smell when on. Hoping its something that will eventually cook off. Its been a while since I bought, though. I also wish I could close without turning off and not have timer beep
