Fluke T6-1000 PRO Electrical Tester

Excellent product - Works fine - ground button on back has worked for me. I havent had to ground the black lead yet to get a reading.

The one meter that does most everything. Well made and easy to use.

The auto sense does not work. Should read close to 120 volts but reads 6 volts.

I always considered Fluke a top of the line test equip . I have been in the electrical business for over 40 years . I ordered my T6-1000 and it took about a month to get . Even though I am not a field electrician but a business owner I like having a tester with me for the times I need to be hands on .

Best one so far.

Its a fluke what can I say good stuff I bought the large hot wire plant I should have bought the smaller one to read the smaller wires easier

After 2 months this unit quit working... It was not dropped, Was not misused, just simply quit. Not worth the cost. Amazon does not warrantee this unit. You will have to go through Fluke for replacement or repair. You will also have to pay for shipping to repair or replace your unit and the lead time is 3 weeks for replacement. Both AMAZON and Fluke dropped the ball on this one.

I like Fluke and from personal experience they last a very long time. But this time I was terribly surprised that the included alligator clip, that is used with the non contact feature, fell apart. Spring came loose and I dont know how to fix. And these clips arent cheap. But meter is fine. So far.
