> 3 dayI’ve been using Diatomaceous Earth for several years around the house and in the yard. This purchase came with a thing to spread it around outside, much more convenient & efficient than using a measuring cup to spread it. I’ve found it to be very effective on large anthills outside and along the wall when we had ants inside. I mixed a tbsp or so in my cats’ food when several of them had tapeworms from fleas, put it down along the walls inside the garage, around the border of the house on the outside, under & directly on the front/back deck & porches, and in the crawl space to cut down on bugs. DE is the only pest control method I use, aside from topical/oral flea treatment on my pets, because it’s safe to use around animals and humans! When the exterminator came to do a termite inspection, he commented that was a good choice to control pests around the house, enough said for me!

Greater than one weekEvery once in a while, the duster would emit a clot of powder before sending out a fog of powder. And yes, I do mean fog. A couple of puffs from the duster left a cloud over my carpet that took 15 minutes to settle. You couldnt even see it on the carpeting, but it really cut down the bugs. After a day the dog went from scratching constantly to only doing it once or twice a day. I bet if I turned the duster right side up and tapped the cover a few times to clear the nozzle I could stop the clot I mentioned. You actually turn the duster upside down to spray the powder.

> 3 dayI had an infestation of YELLOW JACKETS that had almost completely defoliated several of my shrubs in the front of my Georgia home this spring. The included sprayer was easy to assemble and worked like a charm. I was concerned about an earlier review which was not happy with the sprayer. The sprayer has evidently been redesigned and it does the job. Covering the NESTS with the powder eliminated the pests. You must have patience....It took at least a week but the bugs are now gone I am happy and the shrubs have recovered and look great.

> 3 dayBought this in the past. Love it to death. You will see dead bugs all over, noticeably works. My only issue, the applicator is cracked so the nozzle doesnt shot it out right. I specifically bought this one for the applicator bottle so I can stop throwing clumps by hands and manually spending it. Plus its supposed to help get in tight places.

> 3 dayI like to use diatomaceous earth to kill bugs in my house but it can be messy to apply around the baseboards. I bought this brand because they include the applicator bottle. It helps to apply because I pump the container and a burst of earth comes out, sometime more than I want, but then I use a small artists brush to push the earth into place. I have used Victor roach traps for years and really like the product. I dont have roaches, but lots of others small bugs get trapped so I know I have bugs in the house. I use the earth along the baseboards because that is how many bugs move around, they walk next to the baseboards. I have left some Victor roach traps in each room to verify if I still have bugs and I do not see any bugs so I know the earth is doing its job.
