Disappointed. Worked fine then just died one day. It was fully charged. Just crashed.

Item came in on time. Screen had issues with horizontal lines. Returning item

I was forced to buy a new Chromebook as Google stopped supporting my first machine. This machine had all the same features as my previous (Acer) device, however a few items make it not only annoying, potentially harmful for business use. First, there is no power LED indicator on the front of the machine, so unless you are looking at it sideways while closed, it is hard to tell if the device is on, charging or has low battery life. Second, and more importantly, the OS, for some reason, does not display an on-screen warning when the battery life is down to 15% like most other devices do. This has caused sudden shutdowns on a number of occasions, including in the middle of critical projects. Third, the machine has shut down indicating low battery, however when plugged in and charging, it will indicate 90% or more battery life. Lastly, the screen has a weird brightness that makes things hard to see from certain angles.

Does everything I need it to do. Love the versatility of using it as a laptop and tablet.

The laptop looked really nice when first received. It was not the color ordered. It came in black when a white one was ordered, this was my second order. I ordered a white one in 2020 October for my niece. Now just over a month after receiving it - received on January 11th 2021; ordered it 29th December 2020. The screen goes black/blank when turned on. It is a waste of my money. I have since made contact with the seller.

My daughter Loved the look of it, will get to know eventually. No complaints after 2 months

Slow to the point of wanting to throw it against the wall. Apps and sytem IU crash everytime I use it. Restarting and updating do not help. Total piece of junk.

HP - very disappointed with my experience with your brand. My daughters chromebook quit working altogether and I followed all of your teams instructions to have it returned. First, you wanted to charge me which I found odd. Then, I was told that if I purchased the extended warranty I wouldnt have to pay for shipping to have the defective product fixed. Really? Next, Im told that I cant get the product back until almost April, or at least that is the best case scenario. 2 of your reps told me this was the case... I explained that if it was mine for personal use Id probably deal with it although still be disappointed. However, my daughter uses the chromebook for school so waiting until April really isnt an option. Its already been almost 2 weeks since it quit.

The back light for the screen is defective. Returned to HP.

Great laptop, recommend this for the price it is very light weight and portable i recently found out you can use the charger on phones and other devices finding a pen is cheap and so is a screen protector,I had dropped this laptop on the wall and it did not break it is very portable for work and battery last for half the day ,recommend this it is a very nice laptop,if you get ice-cream in your computer witch I did it charges slower
