HP - very disappointed with my experience with your brand. My daughters chromebook quit working altogether and I followed all of your teams instructions to have it returned. First, you wanted to charge me which I found odd. Then, I was told that if I purchased the extended warranty I wouldnt have to pay for shipping to have the defective product fixed. Really? Next, Im told that I cant get the product back until almost April, or at least that is the best case scenario. 2 of your reps told me this was the case... I explained that if it was mine for personal use Id probably deal with it although still be disappointed. However, my daughter uses the chromebook for school so waiting until April really isnt an option. Its already been almost 2 weeks since it quit.

My daughter just love it. It is fast, touchscreen works fine with Universal stilus. Had my doubts about chrome os but now im in it. Very suitable for students.

This device has worked okay for my 1st grade sons distance learning earlier in the year. Any problems I had with it were problems with the Chrome operating system, which I had never used before. My son couldnt do all the activities in some of his Zoom meetings because the Zoom app for Chromebooks didnt support some of the functions, like polling, that the app for regular laptops does. And some time in the fall, Google made it harder for kids to watch videos on YouTube, which is where his teachers got some of his school videos from. For those videos, we had to pull out another device in order to view them.

The battery quit charging after two uses. The vendor refused to accept a return or do an exchange within their 90 day guarantee and when Amazon accepted the return after 30 day window the seller kept 20% of my total for a restocking fee even though it is broken.

This computer is hard to use....I made a mistake by ordering this...Going to return it..no instructions came with it.

The screen resolution was nothing short of horrible. But this seller is simply my worse experience on Amazon and is a ripoff. I wanted to like this product! But, I paid almost $400 for this piece of junk and was refunded only $221. STAY AWAY!!!!

The touch screen is quick ,great quality and very responsive and the battery lasts a long time .

The mother board broke in less than a year. Get the warrantee.
