HP Chromebook x360 14-inch HD Touchscreen Laptop, Intel Celeron N4000, 4 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC, Chrome (14b-ca0010nr, Ceramic White/Mineral Silver)

The screen resolution was nothing short of horrible. But this seller is simply my worse experience on Amazon and is a ripoff. I wanted to like this product! But, I paid almost $400 for this piece of junk and was refunded only $221. STAY AWAY!!!!

I thought the 360 feature would be nice but it seems to have made it to where the screen can’t hold itself up anymore. Chromebook won’t allow any Microsoft office apps so for many colleges it makes this laptop useless.

I love this computer and its so versatile.

EDIT - I had received the message that I could return the computer and was then told I couldnt. I offered to do an exchange on a non-used laptop and I was told it was too late to do a return. I realize I am passed the 30 days, however, it is a brand new laptop and not having used it should qualify for something.

My daughter just love it. It is fast, touchscreen works fine with Universal stilus. Had my doubts about chrome os but now im in it. Very suitable for students.

I have another hp pavilion laptop and the difference in the video quality is astonishing. Very grainy image with this one.

We loved this chrome book for our mid-schooler, all his classmates lived it as well

Its a great product. Purchased this laptop specially for my daughter distance learning and this is exactly what I expected. Perfectly fit for all school distance tasks. Easy to use and looks very reliable. Battery life is great.
